Located in the beautiful county of South Ayrshire, near the seaside town of Girvan, Barrhill Holiday Park is the perfect location for a beach holiday or coastal getaway.

With a range of accommodations, Barrhill provide guests with holidays to suit every budget and preference. Their glamping options are perfect for those who want to experience the great outdoors in style, with comfortable pods equipped with hot tubs for the ultimate in luxury.

Pitches are fully serviced and include 16 amp EHU, running water and grey water disposal, all on a hard standing gravel pitch. This ensures a comfortable and convenient experience for all of our touring, campervan and motorhome guests.

A centrally heated shower block is equipped with a family/disabled room, laundry room and Elsan disposal, ensuring that all needs are met during a stay. The shower block is cleaned regularly and has a high standard of hygiene.

Experience the great outdoors in style with one of Barrhill's luxurious glamping pods, each equipped with its own private electric hot tub. Their Luxury Pods sleep up to 3 guest, the Deluxe Pods sleep up to 5, and the Stargazer Pods sleeps up to 6. They each offer all the comforts of home, including a TV, microwave, fridge, kettle, beds, mattresses, toilet and wash hand basin, heating, lighting, and sockets.

The Deluxe Pods are a metre longer and also have the added benefit of a shower. Please note that guests will need to bring all their usual camping gear, including sleeping bags/duvet, pillows, cups, plates, cutlery, toilet roll, towels, and enough food for your stay.

The site is only 1 mile from the village of Barrhill, where good food and refreshments can be obtained from the public house (children welcome) and close to Girvan with its superb sandy beaches.

The beautiful coastlines will take you all the way into Ayr, where you can visit the beautiful village of Alloway and home of the famous Scottish Poet Robert Burns, or even through to Cairnryan and Stranraer where the Ferry Ports can carry you over the water to Ireland.

We found the site clean, quiet and peaceful but I feel it would improve with a small shop on site as it is a bit isolated however we had a good time and found the staff very friendly and helpful 👍

We would love to have a shop on site but its one of those things we can't justify. There is a shop in Barrhill which is 1 mile from the park and is very well stocked and does hot & cold food. Philip

Overall our two day stay was absolutely brilliant at Barrhill , a few minor things cobwebs on the window and someone else’s hairs in the hot tub were our only slight downfalls but nothing that couldn’t be sorted. We will definitely be back to Barrhill

A wee group of us are just home from staying in the deluxe pods with our kids. Ive got to say it was the most relaxing and lovely holiday we have had!! Its an absolutely stunning place, immaculate everywhere 👌 and the surroundings, my god are breath taking! The kids were only out the park to go to the hot tub then straight back up, they LOVED it!! The man who owns it & his family couldn't have been any more accommodating and nice to us 🥰 We will definitely be back!!! ❤

We have stayed at Barrhill several times now. Philip and Laura are great hosts friendly and very accommodating. The hot tub pod we stayed in was Orion next to play park ideal size for the 3 of us. Plenty space and clean. Great location and we had a very.chilled 2 night stay. A nice easy 20 min drive to Girvan also beautiful beach. We will return again. Great place to chill.
