Beautiful well maintained site with excellent facilities and friendly efficient staff, 2 minute walk to village where you will find local shops, restaurants and public houses. Some beautiful walks surround the area along with a well maintained golf course all within walking distance of the campsite. prices to stay are excellent. All in all I would highly reccomend anyone to stay here

The cleanest facilities ever, extraordinarily friendly statt, very nice layout, perfectly trimmed gras. The location just a couple of minutes to Ballater with its various shops, and restaurants and surrounded by beautiful landscapes with numerous paths for short and extended walking tours is just perfect.

We stayed on this site so we could attend the Braemar gathering, I’m so glad we booked well in advance as the site was (I think) full, we were greeted with friendly staff who explained everything you need to know about the site facilities. The facilities are absolutely spotlessly clean doesn’t matter what time of day you visit the toilet facilities they are always spotless. There are nice circular walks that set off from the site which are easily defined and easily manageable. There’s a golf course right next door to the site. The local town is within 5 minutes walking distance, there’s a lot of references to the Royalty in the town which I found interesting, there’s a variety of shops and pubs that are dog friendly and visiting/walking around the town is a pleasant experience. The site is sign posted and very easy access no matter what size unit you have, the site is manicured to perfection with grounds staff, no pot holes in the roads to negotiate, I couldn’t fault the site, 🙂🙂

Well maintained infrastructure and pitches. For us it was the perfect stay for the Braemar Gathering, but it also supports many more activities in the area.

This site is excellent. It is in a superb location in the centre of Ballater surrounded by stunning scenery on the edge of a river. Pitch layouts are generous and well laid out with both grass and gravel. Fully serviced pitches are available. Good value for money. Toilet and shower blocks are scrupulously clean and smell lovely with plenty hot water. Hairdryers are also provided in the toilet and shower blocks. Walking distance to shops, restaurants, cafes, pubs, places to rent bicycles and the golf course. This site is not only recommended it is a must go to!

One of our favourite sites. The staff are always friendly and efficient, the facilities are spotless and everything is well maintained. It is such a lovely part of the country and takes only a few minutes to walk into the centre of Ballater, which despite being small has some excellent cafes, restaurants and shops. We enjoy the walks nearby, and Braemar is only a short distance away.

This is our favourite park ! There is everything close by and the staff are great. Very well priced and we always have the loveliest time here.We always feel safe and secure.Facilities are immaculate, well organised and very convenient.I could not find fault or make recommendations as this place is just the best.We book months in advance to get our favourite spot.I've been coming here since the late 80's. The whole area has so much to offer !

This is the best site we have ever been onHave been caravaning for over 40 yearsShowers amazing,facilities are spotless,staff are welcoming.Only down point is we wanted to book for 2027 whilst we were there but have to wait until October !!
