I booked this for my wife’s 65th birthday as a surprise, what a lovely weekend we had, location is great for walks and Llangollen is really pretty, cottage was really nice and a good size for our party of 11, we were fortunate that they had also put on a fireworks display which was quite impressive

Was a lovely stay. Had everything we needed. House was a bit cool when we arrived but by the evening it nice and warm. WiFi wasn't the greatest and phone signal on some networks is poor but other than that, house was great for a get together with friends and kids. Hot tub was a hit with the kids. Hangers near the hot tub would be a great addition, but there is the wooden house next to it to keep towels dry

Abby farm is a lovely well maintaned campsite with great views, and a nice bristo on site.the staff are very freindly and helpfull. Its a great campsite location, due to a lovely walk along the canal into Llangollen, i highly recommend this campsite, and i will definitly be going back to Abby farm in the future. I'm a YouTuber and found that Abbey farm is perfectly situated on the outskirts of Llangollen but close enough to enjoy all Llangollen has to offer. I stayed mid-week so had all of the benefits but at a reduced cost.I enjoyed walks from the site to the Horseshoe Falls, Plas Newydd and into Llangollen itself along the Canal. I will be bringing my bike next time.

The electric kept on going off every time we put kettle on the toilets/shower room dirty

First time using a pod , very happy with location, heat and light , booked it for warmth for our old dog , we used it as a living and room , lovely space to chill warmly ! Bistro not open while We were there . Recommend breakfast at Finley’s Llangollen . Lovely walks by the canal Would definitely go again

We spent two nights at Abbey Farm during Autumn half term, the site was quiet (to be expected at the end of the season) but everything was as we would want (electric point worked, hot water for showers, washing-up etc.).

We stayed in pod 10 plenty of room for us as a family came with microwave, kettle, heater and picnic bench. The views of the Abby were beautiful! Heater didn’t warm the room up so was still quite chilly. Would recommend the pod have a small light on the outside as it seemed to be the only pod without one.

The site location is lovely set in the hills with the Abbey on site. Perfect walking distance to Llangollen and Horseshoe Falls. The facilities were brilliant, always clean and showers with hot water as well as heated room so didn't get cold as soon as I came out of the shower. It was so lovely to pitch up next to the river and hear it while we sat and relaxed in the evening. We will definitely be back again.
