"So close to the sea"

Anonymous - Stayed with family, Aug 2018

This is a wonderful site if you want to be close to the sea in a quiet camp site. Walking distance to the village and to Southwold. No facilities on site except a water tap, but a short walk to village facilities including loos, pubs, shops and cafes.

"Beach campsite"

Mrs C Brettell - Stayed with family, Aug 2018

The attraction of thus site is mainly its location and lack of cars or noise. It needs running with just enough rules and monitoring to ensure that the site remains clean and that campers respect each other and you seemed to do this very well.

"Beach camping"

The location and simplicity of this campsite is its greatest asset. Loved it despite the very basic facilities.

No wash facilities and on-site staff didn't seem too friendly, but in general an excellent camping experience.

Perfect if you happen to get caught in a downpour as sand is quick draining. Beach great for swimming.

"Happy Campers :)"

Ms K Brits - Stayed with family, Jul 2018

Idyllic location. Unspoilt raw camping at it's best. Perfect for a couple of days only as no washing facilities. Things to improve on - a driveway for cars to park closer to unload / load. Outdoor shower facilities. Doesn’t have to be fancy, just 1 basic outdoor, open... Idyllic location. Unspoilt raw camping at it's best. Perfect for a couple of days only as no washing facilities. Things to improve on - a driveway for cars to park closer to unload / load. Outdoor shower facilities. Doesn’t have to be fancy, just 1 basic outdoor, open shower cubicle, would make the whole experience perfect :) People could stay longer :)

"Camping right on the beach"

Anonymous - Stayed with family, Jul 2018

Its a lovely little campsite and the campers are always friendly, its perfect for waking up and diving into the sea. The local village toilets are the only facilities but are kept clean and tidy. Ive been briging my children for a few years now.
