Tir (Land in Cornish) is a cosy but spacious mid-terrace two-bedroom cottage which was part of the former farmhouse of Bossiney Farm.

Upstairs, the double bedroom has its own en suite shower room. The large twin bedroom has views out towards the sea.

There is also a family shower room. Downstairs offers a kitchen with washing machine, fridge, and freezer and a large lounge/dining room which has a beautiful feature stone fireplace.

French doors lead out to the enclosed paved/gravelled garden, perfect for families and your pets. This is also where you will find your hot tub.

There are steps leading down to the cottage from the parking area. Please note: Wi-Fi is not available in any of our cottages.

Upstairs comprises one double bedroom with an en suite shower room and a large twin bedroom with views of the sea.

There is also a separate family shower room. Downstairs there is a large dining room with table to seat four comfortably for family meals.

The spacious open plan lounge has a feature fireplace and patio doors.

Once again we chose Bossiney Bay for a relaxing break, weather was cool but the hot tub was very welcome after a walk along the coast.Excellent lodge, well equipped very clean and tidy, staff very friendly, Mark who looked after the hot tub, fountain of local knowledge.

We usually holiday in the winter months and Bossiney Bay holiday park, it is the perfect place for peace and quiet, if you want it.The views from all the lodges are across open fields and no lodge infringes on another, all with their own parking space.The grounds are clean and tidy and well maintained.The coast line is a short walk across from the park and you can walk down to the beach for surfing or swimming.If you like to walk, you can for miles around the park and its a five minute car ride to Tintagel village and the shops. Our lodge has everything for our comfort, it is always clean with fresh linen whenever we need it.The staff are brilliant nothing is too much trouble for them, Carole the Manager is so kind and supportive and for us its like home from home.

Fabulous place, beautiful surroundings and wonderful scenery with the sea a short walk away.Peaceful and quiet.Tintagel a walk or 5 min drive for shops pubs and the Castle's new bridge.Good clean accommodation with lovely staff.Would highly recommend.

Lovely lodge with a good hot tub. The kitchen was very well equipped. The double bedroom is quite small, but we managed! For the price I would have expected some hand soap or shower gel to be provided, but that’s a minor point.

My Cornish Escape

I Stayed at one of the lodges on the first week of September and it was the perfect location for the fishing and walking weekend. The lodge was well equipped, clean and tidy. Next year I think that I will book a lodge with a hot tub to ease away the aches and pains from all the activities.

We asked if we could enter the property at 4pm due to a fiod delivery. The lady was initially very accommodating and said that wouldn't be a problem due to the people before leaving at 9qm. When we arrived she said it still hadn't been cleaned. We waited until 5.15 until it was clean. When we entered the property it was clean. However when we began putting food away we realised we had 1 extremely small sized cupboard to put all our food away for 1 week. All the other cupboards had child locks on. We ended up having food all over the work tops and on top of the microwave for the whole week. We had nowhere to put plates etc due to putting some food in that cupboard. I do have photos to prove this but cannot upload them on here. The kitchen had over 20 cups but very few glasses. It was well equipped besides that. When it came to putting clothes away we had the problem of there being blankets, boxes, pictures, hoovers, quilts in the bottom of the wardrobes and in cupboards so there was nowhere to store shoes or suitcases. This made for a very cramped week. We spoke to a member of staff about this and he said to put things outside or in a cupboard because they had had this problem with this owner before! The accommodation itself was comfortable but had far too much furniture and not enough seating for 6 adults so one of us had to always sit on the floor. We do feel if the owners want to rent out their property then they need to make it more accessible to the people staying on holiday. This property was over £1800 for a week so not cheap and we had to share it with the owners property. It made it very difficult and untidy at times due to all the owners property and locked cupboards. We would stay again but definitely not in cabin 7 and we will be telling other people the same thing. Bossiney bay is ideally suited for exploring the wonderful Cornwall coast. Within easy walking distance to tintagel, many beautiful beaches and under an hours drive to both Eden and Gardens of Heligan.

Lovely peaceful small site, fantastic location with great countryside views & within waking distance of beautiful North Cornish coast, making for a relaxing family holiday.The Lodge was spotless & the cleaning & sanitizing protocol very reassuring during these unprecedented times.Staff were approachable & friendly.Only downside was price as we considered high compared to simular properties we have previously stayed in at this time of year in this area & thought request to depart by 9.00am too early.However we would definately consider returning again in the future.
