Thoroughly enjoyed staying here. The staff (Angie and Paul) were exceptional going above and beyond to ensure our stay was the best it could be. The site was kept clean and tidy . The dog walking area and field was ideal for three very energetic labradors . We stayed mid week and the planes going over was an added bonus . Would highly recommend and cannot wait to go back again.

Angie and Paul made us very welcome. It's a lively clean site with really good facilities. Not far from the village where there are several takeaways.Brilliant dog exercise area and we were lucky to see the baby duckling. They also have chickens. Really enjoyed our stay.

We love donkey creek, and go as often as we can, it's spotless, the wardens are super friendly and nothing is ever to much trouble. Its walking distance to freckleton and the ship pub, yum, delicious food. The local takeaways deliver to the gate and the cream parlour on naze lane is worth a visit. It very handy for lytham it's not to far at all. It near Wharton air field, but sadly the planes don't seem to take off at weekend. Thankyou to the site wardens, so sorry we still haven't got your names, but thankyou for making us so welcome on every visit..........Immaculate site

We recently stayed for 3 nights. Nothing was too much trouble. Very accommodating staff. The site is lovely and quiet with a nice area for walking the dog and a small playground to entertain the children. The village of Freckleton is a short walk too so handy if you want to go out for dinner etc. Facilities are fantastic and there’s separate family room and disabled facilities. We had a lovely short break and have booked again for July!

A ten minute walk to pubs and shops.From there a 15 min bus ride to lytham.One of our fav places to pitch up

We booked last minute as was in the area paid £45! Which i think is extremely expensive , the site is lovely and clean , the dog field was a nice touch , BUT there were kids running round our van and even a couple of adults ran past me as i was relaxing outside the van , ive stayed on many sites and never had this experience before , i commented to the parent about it and he just laughed and carried on running around my van , the site manager drove past on a very loud vehicle many many times , there is a play area field but i guess some people dont have any respect or boundaries
