Regular stayers at this venue- it’s a site that everyone loves. Plenty available for all the family. Clean, friendly and very well run.

Spacious pitches, toilet/shower floors need a good clean, the family bathroom was a nice addition, but it obvious its recently done as ita much more modern and clean. Not so sure about the woodland walk area, not overly safe for kids to be wandering in there, better to be keeping them in an open area that they can be seen. (it's beside the park and the kids just head to it in groups). We had booked 9nights and phoned ahead last minute to book an extra night, because we needed to leave one night early, and they wouldn't refund that one night due to it being a bank holiday. They were constantly getting motor homes so no doubt filled the pitch. So we paid for the pitch and the extra children cost even though we weren't there. I find this very strange practice, as in peak season with in a tourist area, the pitches fill up Very quickly. If you are touring ring of Kerry, kilarney is definitely a better area to base at, Tralee is too far out.

Have been coming here with 7/8 years and the kids, they love it, our 15 year old girl who never makes friends anymore (you know teenagers) made a few friends in Woodlands. The layout with seating near the pitch and around reception means they can sit down and have chance to chat to others. It’s just well laid out, well kept, great showers. Missed the microwave from the kitchen but will definitely return. Asked to get a pitch near friends and really appreciated being facilitated as it was very busy.

This is an excellent caravan facility which is run to an exceptional standard. The place is very well cleaned on a constant basis; the water is hot and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The setting also help and it is evident that careful planning has gone into this site and operation. My own electric lead was not long enough but the lady quickly obtained a lead which I could borrow for my stay.
