We had the most amazing weekend The ladies on the counter to the peeps working in the club house were just amazing.

Good clean facilities. Relaxed family atmosphere. Woody’s was a great place for food and playing pool when the weather was not great. Close to NT Belton House. The snowdrops were out when we were there and looked amazing. A reminder that spring is on its way though you wouldn’t have guessed from the weather. We camped in our Motorhome and the ground was damp due to the January weather, one thing that could improve the site is some pathways directly to the toilet blocks. That said we will definitely be back.

Good a accessibility only one toilet block at the moment but everything else is top lodge had a lovely time.

This is our happy place to spend a weekend away that’s not too far from home, we’ll run site, clean and a lovely friendly pub/restaurant on site and a a nice walk around the lakes with our dog

Absolutely brilliant speed our stay on the day with only a couple hours notice arranged a late check in the site was very clean toilets and facilatys were brilliant and also sorted a late checkout so we could get our disabled daughter up and sorted and still have time for Sunday lunch at the restaurant on site.. food is brilliant honestly we couldn't have asked for more.. thank you so very much

The Park looks very attractive as you drive in lots of green areas with trees and views of the lakes. Our lodge was clean and spacious. There were no towels on arrival but this was quickly remedied. One negative thing is the size of the Duvet in the double bedroom it is far too small barely reaches over the sides of the bed. When my husband was in bed with the duvet over him there wasn’t enough left to cover me so I was cold. I ended up sleeping in the twin room which was disappointing. Lots of lovely walks around Ancaster or just a nice stroll around the lake if you don’t want to go far. Woodys Bar is warm and welcoming and both child and dog friendly. We had the Sunday Carvery there which was nice. We also walked to the pub in the village, which also has a Chinese takeaway within the building. You have the option of ordering your food to take out or eat in the pub. Hand soap and washing up liquid would be nice similar priced lodges we have stayed in do. A clean attractive park.

We have stayed at woodland waters many times over the last few years in the lodges and also stay in our caravans and absolutely love it! However this time we came to find that our lodge had not been cleaned to the same standard as our other stays I.e there was cobwebs that we walked into in the bathroom, mud in the shower tray with pubic hair from previous people, remaining crumbs from previous people under the table and on the chairs, the cooker was missing a screw so when we opened the door the metal grid came off- this is highly unusual for woodland waters so was a little disappointed.

It's always clean and tidy, indoors and outside and the staff are friendly and helpful. This is our 3rd or 4th stay in 6 months. We stayed in Woodland Room 3 this time and apart from the shower not being as hot as I'd like it was a lovely weekend away as always. Have recommended Woodland Waters to several friends.

We absolutely loved our time at Woodlands Waters. We received a very warm welcome as we checked in. The lodge was beautiful, well designed, modern and warm, even though the temperature outside was freezing Pete went out of his way to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you Pete!! We couldn’t have asked for anything more!
