Set in the heart of Lincolnshire, this idyllic fishing and touring park caters for all your holiday needs, appealing to couples and families alike seeking a peaceful holiday in picturesque surroundings. Set in a beautiful wooded valley covering 72 acres, we offer five well stocked fishing lakes, luxury lodges and park home lodges and a caravan and touring area.

Set overlooking our 14 acre specimen lake, our caravan areas are equipped with an amenity block, laundry and disabled facilities, a children’s play area and a picnic area. We have electric hook-ups and non-electric pitches and offer a separate rally field to host rallies throughout the year.

Our Lakeview and Woodview Lodges offer the perfect accommodation for a relaxing holiday, with the Lakeview lodges set overlooking our 7 acre match lake and are inclusive of fishing. We have five lakes well stocked with various species including carp, tench and bream. We offer night fishing on request and regularly host fishing matches throughout the year.

After a days fishing, walking or simply relaxing, take a stroll around the lakes as the sun sets and amble towards our Lakeview Restaurant for fine dining and an excellent range of beers and wines. Our bar caters for all ages and tastes and is equipped with a pool table, dart board, French boules and 2 large flat screen TVs which regularly show sporting events throughout the year.

Offering spacious open plan accommodation over one level compromising of lounge and dining area, breakfast kitchen, 1 double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms, bathroom and terrace overlooking the lake, they offer the perfect setting for a relaxing break away. Lodges are equipped with microwave, dishwasher, fridge, washing machine, disposable BBQ area and flat screen TV with Sky. Designated car parking is alongside each lodge.

First impressions are good with secure entry and well laid out picturesque grounds. Downside is if you don’t get or can’t get a decent pitch. Some hard standing are lovely round the lake but we found ourselves next to the main road in the shade of large trees next to residential area at the back. Not that pleasant and would definitely not stay here again if I had one of these pitches. I would revisit if by the lake or even on the grass pitches.

Excellent site, clean and well maintained amenities. Had a lakeside pitch with a lovely view. Woody's Bar on site is a bonus ;-)Worth a walk into Ancaster to the butchers...fabulous Linconshire sausages and pork pie!

My wife and I had a lovely two day break at Woodland Waters, the weather played its part and was perfect. We enjoyed our stay so much we called the office and asked if we might be able to stay for a further night on the pitch. The gentleman who answered the phone said NO, the pitch was booked going forward. We were obviously disappointed but understood, however we were not offered any alternative pitch which we would have been willing to move to......not good customer service.

I found Woodland Waters to be very clean and tidy , the staff were very friendly and helpful , the only negative was that the pitch didn't have it's own water tap but that was the only negative .

Arrived on a Monday, the site was fairly empty which was great, lovely walks around the site and in the woodland. Shop outside the site was well stocked. Bustop to either Grantham or Sleaford outside the site. Nice walk across the public footpath into Ancaster.Woods bar was lovely but a tad expensive.Showers were hit and miss for hot water. Would definitely return as I loved the site but don't think I would enjoy it at peak times

A very inviting site indeed.The size of the touring pitch was excellent and the entry and exit was easy.We would definitely return.If I was being slightly picky, I thought the ladies' facilities were looking a bit tired and were slightly at odds with the rest of the park which was so manicured and beautiful.
