Honestly, there is little that could be done to improve this site; it has all the amenities you could wish for, with beautiful woodland walks, a fishing lake, plenty of pitches, both electric hook-up and non-electric, and hardstanding for tourers. Playparks for the kids, toilet and shower facilities that are really well appointed and clean, a pub onsite serving decent food and a good choice of drinks, an indoor play area for kiddies including pool tables, ping pong, table football and even a small softplay. . .They also have EV charging onsite (albeit one of the chargers was a little flaky throughout our stay) and a pump track for BMX / MTB.There really is something for everyone in a really idealistic location, well placed for lots of local amenities.The staff are really resourceful and helpful too.

Woodhouse farm is a lovely clean camping site lots of nice dog walks ,very peaceful and a excellent place to just unwind ,the staff was excellent at check in they give plenty of information ,good little shop on site for anything you need ,good play area for kids to play ,shower block and washing up amenities was very clean ...everything you need for camping plenty of space for playing games with your kids

This was out of your hands but I left Thursday and the road I needdd to go down was closed as I was towing this was a night mare as had to go back roots and single tracks with tractors coming head on not good

Very clean and tidy well kept site and toilet block very helpful and friendly staff would recommend to anyone we go on a regular basis

We had a lovely stay at woodhouse farm, my daughter really enjoyed all the different play areas and it was great having a little soft play on site too. The drinks at the pub were lovely ( we didn’t eat). It’s very clean and always showers available despite being peak summer holidays. I honestly don’t have a bad thing to say about this place! A great addition would be a ‘proper coffee’ van coming into site in the mornings maybe as I would have loved a nice coffee 🤣

We love woodhouse farm. We will definitely be back. This was our second visit and the children loved it again.

We stayed here last weekend as two families with young children and had a brilliant time. There was loads for the kids to do — pump track, playgrounds, soft play, table tennis, pool table, climbing wall and table football — which made the whole trip easy and enjoyable for the adults too.We ate in the pub both nights; despite being busy, service was good and food arrived promptly. The toilet and shower facilities were spotless with plenty of hot water.Some activities have small extra charges, but they’re very reasonable. The bike track and outdoor play areas are free.We found the site by chance on Google and weren’t sure what to expect, but it exceeded our expectations. We’re already looking forward to coming back.

We have been visiting this site for 30 years plus and this is the first time I am writing about a problem. Regardless of what time we visited the showers they were always freezing cold. Regardless we had an amazing time and we would definitely return.

Had a lovely 3 night stay with my partner in our tourer. My daughter, partner and my grandchild stayed in their tent. The staff granted our wish to be as near as possible to each other. Weather was brilliant, shower block exceptional. Had a meal in the Barn which was delicious. Overall, one of the best camp sites we've been to

Rang to book as the online portal said the site was full. The team were amazing and fit us in at short notice. Great spacious pitches and plenty of space around. An amazing campsite with lots to do, walks to explore and other bits around to keep even the most energetic 4 year old busy. Friendly staff who couldn't do enough and a truly amazing space! First stayed here over 20 years ago and am so glad to be bringing my own family back to follow in my family's footsteps.
