An all round great site

Babcock, Sue - 11/10/2026

From the start to the end of our break, there was nothing we didn’t appreciate here. Our greeting at reception was friendly, informative and welcoming. The site itself was beautifully designed and well kept with amazing views; the sunset was a bonus! Good size pitches too.Easy to travel around from the site with the bus stop just outside to get to either Wells, or the other way to Weston Super-mare.The toilets and showers were plentiful and super clean. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely go back.

Enjoyable return visit

Moore, Matthew - 11/10/2026

We are stayed at Wells Touring Park several times and always have an enjoyable stay. The pitches are very well maintained as is all the landscaping/grass etc. The facilities are immaculately clean and easy to access. We always enjoy the cosy cafe / bar. The site is well positioned for an easy 30 minute walk into Wells. We shall certainly return.

Nice clean and tidy campsite

Wylie, Michael - 11/10/2026

Stayed at well’s touring site for 6 nights, campsite was a 30 minute walk away from town or a 5 minute drive, the site is an adult only with a small bar and pizza place the pitches were a generous size with water and waste. The only improvement I would make would be to have proper showers not the push button , tv reception was good and the site was always kept clean some of the pitches would require leveling blocks the site was easy to find and there was plenty of places to visit.

Lovely Site

Hainsworth, Dawn - 10/10/2026

Lovely adult only site. Very friendly lady on reception. We were given lots of information such as taxi numbers and takeaways that deliver. Facilities on the site are excellent. Immaculate shower and toilet blocks. Push button showers though. Very good laundry facilities including an iron and ironing board and a very handy indoor clothes airer. The whole site is immaculate. Some touring pitches do slope slightly. There is a bar on there but we found it expensive and it closed early. They dont offer any food other than pasties or sausage rolls and we were quoted a 40 mins wait for a pasty and we were the only people in there! We felt this is a missed opportunity as there is no where local to eat and no where to purchase supplies. So offering a lunchtime sandwich or breakfast sandwich would be ideal. The city of Wells is lovely but its a good walk. There is a bus but it only runs about 4 times a day. We probably wont return as felt that the site was just a little too far out for

Great place . Perfect position for the town . I never understand why toilets have to be cleaned before 1am. Customers rise late when we are away . Later cleaning is preferred. Pm when nobody is using it

Lovely site

The site is incredibly well kept. Every area is neat and tidy. The pitches are a really good size. We were able to pitch next to family which made our stay even better. The facilities are very clean and of a great standard. The only niggle is that you have to keep pressing the button to keep the shower on. The cafe/bar is lovely and the Friday night pizzas were delicious! Every member of staff/owners that we spoke to were really friendly and welcoming. It’s a 5 minute drive into Wells centre which has so much to see and lots of places to eat and drink.

Beautiful spot

This was our :rd time at this site. We stayed on pitch 23 which we requested from last time as you have a beautiful view & it’s nice & quiet. We also discovered a great walk from the site into wells plus we did a loop around aswell coming out on the new housing estate which was good. The reception lady gave us that info which was really helpful. Nice toilet & shower block although the first shower please avoid as doesn’t work properly. I forgot to tell anyone about it. Immaculate grass & gravel, constantly being kept tidy. Was a secure site as barriered entry. Lovely few days, thank you

We will be back!

Eaton, Rachel - 05/10/2026

The park itself is lovely and very well maintained. The staff that we met were all really nice, friendly and helpful. We had initially booked to stay for 3 nights, but loved it so much that we booked 1 more night, we would’ve booked for longer but had to get home unfortunately. We walked into Wells a couple of times, once on the path along the main road, and once the more scenic route. The park is really well positioned to explore lots of places and we would definitely recommend.I stayed with my adult children but have already been speaking to my partner about him coming along next time, we’re just trying to figure out a date!

Short stay

Jones, Peter - 02/10/2026

The site is very well kept and tidy. Toilet block was OK. The hand dryers were annoying as they switch off almost straight away. The site is well located if you have cycles . Cookie hole 18 min and Wells centre 15 min by bike. All walkable if that's your thing. I believe there's an online bar but did not use it.
