As always a perfectly presented site, with friendly staff. Only issue it rained for most of one day (it was late October), and not a lot could be done to resolve this by yourselves.

Would definitely come back, 20mins walk to the beautiful city of Wells. Great walking location

An amazing site as soon as you drive onto site reception very clean and staff very welcoming. Bar & seating area very well presented and a good selection of drinks & a cheeky tasting session of the owners gin , vodka & rum very nice too. Pitches very clean and spacious with electric hook up water very close. Shower block / toilets were clean and tidy & a warm welcome with the local radio station playing. Lots of local attractions with easy access too with the local bus stop right out side the site entrance so no packing up to drive anywhere. We will be returning next year.

We stayed in the cottage which was very clean and comfortable. The weather during our short stay wasn’t great so we really appreciated having somewhere nice to stay. Anyone with a dog will appreciate the designated dog convenience area and showering facility. Just across the road there is a community park area which is great for active dogs.As we were only here for a short break we didn’t make use of the other facilities, but what we saw leads us to think this is a well thought through and cared for site. The staff we met were all very friendly and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Wells is a lovely city with plenty of good places to eat. For something different and primarily vegetarian, we would recommend Roots. The site is also very convenient for the well known local attractions and easy access to the coast.

Lovely peaceful site . Visited in summer and autumn and enjoyed it each time . Wood fired pizzas available on Friday evenings. Nice cosy bar/ lounge . Very friendly staff

Excellent friendly site within easy walking distance of Wells. A good café/bar and probably the best designed/maintained shower block that I've come across. The cathedral is wonderful and to find out find that there was a food festival over the weekend was an unexpected bonus. Great weekend.

Lovely site located about 1.5 miles from Wells, 30 min walk into centre. The bar/cafe is great, everyone friendly. Our fourth visit and we'll be back again
