Our family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to our Brampton Valley Way access point.
Our family site offers a handful of pitches, all located close to our Brampton Valley Way access point and away from the deep waters. They have their own dedicated toilets and shower room, and are completely fully serviced. The pitch is hard standing, gravel topped to allow for awning pegs to pass through and each pitch is adequate enough to accomodate a large van, awning and vehicle on the hard pitch alone. At the end of the site, there is a turning circle and a chemical disposal point with refuse facilities and fresh water.

They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water and drainage, with a grass fire gap between each pitch.
Our Wellington View site is located overlooking the wonderful countryside, and more immediately our Wellington Fishing Lake. Completed mid 2013, there are 24 equally spaced and sized pitches available for rental for the entire year. Set out in three rows of eight pitches, we have some set close to the toilets and shower blocks for our less abled guests, and some that are a bit more private away from the main entrance road.
Each pitch is hard standing, with gravel planings on the surface to allow for awning pegs, although this surface is a lot harder underneath to allow for a solid base, while the surface settles. They are fully serviced with electric hook-up, water and drainage, with a grass fire gap between each pitch. We recommend storm pegs and a hammer for your awning.

These pitches are fully serviced with electric hookup, water, and integrated drainage, and are nestled in close to our log cabins on Waterloo Lake.
We have three pitches on this 2016 addition to the site, available for hire throughout the year. These pitches are fully serviced with electric hookup, water, and integrated drainage, and are nestled in close to our log cabins on Waterloo Lake. Boasting a fantastic vista, peace and tranquility await!
These pitches are designed with motorhomes in mind, and are slightly narrower than our standard Adult Only pitches elsewhere on site. However, if you did want to book this pitch for your caravan you can do this by contacting us directly. Fishing is not included in this pitch price as it is adjacent to our Waterloo Lake for pleasure anglers and match bookings, so remains subject to availability, as matches will take precedent.
Toilet and shower facilities are located nearby, as is the ELSAN point.

I used own facilities on my stay but showers looked good pitch was very large no uniform you must park like this as long as in the confines of pitch great tea room bar restaurant even open at this time of year. But the friendliness and hard work of the team was the icing on the cake they were so nice and accommodating a must try site you won’t be disappointed great for fishing or just a relax.
The all wooden cabins are set in a beautiful location surrounded by green fields and overlooking a fair sized fishing lake. I have to recommend the food that is available from the on site licensed cafe. Breakfast was lovely and Sunday lunch was amazing.
We had a great time from the moment we arrived till the day we left. The staff are lovely, Elle in the tea room was super polite, friendly and full of helpful information about the area. Phil showed us to the pitch and explained the rules of the fishing lake and other camp site rules. We had an issue connecting the waste pipe to the drain as the run was so long, but Phil came to the rescue and lent us a waste hog. Be aware you at least 15 metres of waste pipe to reach the drain. The toilet block is always super clean but could do with a bigger shower cubicle, no good for larger folks. The tearoom is great and the food is well prepared and tasty. The little bar opens up a few nights in the evening which was nice to chat to other guests. We booked in advance and paid full price for the week, however there was a discount for that week and Lorna said she will reimburse the difference. The fishing was great and we caught loads. Great service, great people and will definitely stay again.
We had a relaxing 2 night stay, lovely peaceful site as you really are in the middle of the coutryside. We stayed on the adults only field, the pitches are very spacious, the shower rooms are spacious with plenty of hot water. The site is very clean and the staff are all very friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed a drink in the cafe and also breakfast on our last morning which was delicious. We had a lovely walk into Maket Harborough which you an access directly from the site, took us about 40 mins each way. Next time we'll bring our bikes and venture a bit further afield.Definitely recommend!
My husband and I stayed for 3 nights in Butterfly lodge. It far exceeded our expectations. The lodge was spotlessly clean and so comfortable. Bathroom consisted of walk-in shower, plenty of storage for toiletry bags etc, sink with underneath storage, bath and two heated towel rails.Living room area had TV and glow fire( excuse description )..Kitchen was fully equipped with double oven, microwave, dish washer, washer and American fridge freezer with ice maker.. lots of pots and utensils. All in all fabulous. Will definitely be returning. Need to mention friendliness of staff and beautiful surroundings..ps bed was so comfortable.
I thought the staff, cafe and outdoor area was excellent, as was the cabins and 3 pitches around the first lake (waterloo?)I am not a fisherman so I did not walk around the fishing lake, so I can't comment on that.My area was quite adequate but not memorable it was a bit rough and very uneven. It was good to have a serviced pitch but as the distance between the service drain and caravan was so long I couldn't use it fully. But that's my problem so next time I would bring a longer drain pipe. I needed spacer chocks under my caravan feet to get it level. Again next time I would bring more to get the van level better. The location is good, I did not do any walks but would explore more next time.If I came again I would ask for one of the 3 'Z' pitches by Waterloo lake as they are great (and level)Overall I enjoyed my short visit and I will most likely visit you again.Toilet and showers were good
We have stayed at waterloo farm before several times but always taking our own touring caravan but this time we decided to stay in one of their Lodges , we were not disappointed, we stayed in kingfisher lodge and it was great , very spacious and clean , everything you could want even a big TV and dvd player and a selection of dvds , Lorna and her family are the loveliest owners nothing is too much trouble for them , the tearoom is warm and inviting with a good choice of food if you don't want to cook for yourself or even just a cup of tea and slice of cake and a warm welcome , I cannot recommend waterloo farm highly enough , 5*****
A lovely location with plenty of walks, was very quiet & peaceful , had a very nice breakfast in the cafe. The only thing that let it down was the facilities, they were very clean, but 1 toilet & 1 shower is not enough even if the site is half full. There is nowhere to hang a towel near the shower & to get hot water, you had to put it on the blue not the red, shower door a job to open. Could be a really nice site if the facilities were sorted out.
All the staff are always very friendly from the owners to the very pleasant lady who cleans the facilities. We have stayed here approx 5 times now and have booked in again for another weekend.Always clean and the cafe food is really nice and they cater for gluten intolerances as wellConstructive advise, please look at the toilet door locks, the number locks are starting to wear. Also a table type of structure at the elsan would help
We are local to Waterloo Farm so go at least twice a year. The site has everything we need. The water level was quite low but still caught plenty of fish over the 4 nights we were there. The staff we had contact with were as friendly and helpful as always. love the place
