A great site with good, clean facilities - close to some great walks.

We recently stayed during the October Half Term (2 adults 1 child) and can not recommend this site enough! From check in with Lynn, we felt instantly welcomed and comfortable. We were shown to our plot and informed of the important bits (toilets, washing areas etc).Our little one enjoyed feeding the Donkeys & Llamas, playing on the play area and even though the weather wasn't on our side, we enjoyed walking around the local area (we went for a walk to Moel Eilio which started from site)The site was immaculately clean! There is a good amount of toilets and showers meaning were always able to use them when needed.Highly recommended and would 100% visit again!

We have had many family holidays at Tyn y Onnen since 1983. We brought our own children here and now they are bringing their children. What more needs saying. A very special place.

We had an absolutely brilliant stay at Tyn-yr-Onnen. The staff were so welcoming, The campsite has a lovely family-run feel with animals on-site, almost like a little working farm, which really added to the charm. The staff were all super friendly, the facilities were spot on, and we honestly couldn’t fault a thing. Even though it’s listed as a three-star site, I’d rate it much higher and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a warm, relaxed, and memorable stay.

Stayed as a family, easy check in and shown around site to where our pitch was. The site and its facilities are nice and clean. Its in a great location for exploring North Wales and myself and my brother in law were booked into Zip World for quarry karting as a Christmas present. The site was less than half an hour away in the car, which was one of the reasons why we chose this site. Our wives took the kids to a local attraction which was only ten minutes drive away whilst we were at the karting. The kids loved the animals on the farm that this campsite is apart of. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend this site to others/families. :)

Clean site. Toilets very clean. On site shop very expensive!! Informative and polite staff. Camping pitches not the best as it was end of season. But overall it wasn't too bad.
