So clean and tidy and peaceful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely visit again.

The Park is a great place to stay. The staff are lovely, friendly and helpful and the amenities are so clean. The Farm Kitchen food which is available most nights, was delicious and good value. Overall, very good value for money and we will return!

I chose 12 Oaks to stay whilst riding the Dartmoor Classic bike event because it was very close to the start in Newton Abbot. I was pleasantly surprised by the very rural setting but so close not only to town but also with some great walking accessible from the site. The pitches are level and split up into a number of smaller areas on different levels so you don't feel crowded.The toilets and showers are great, clean, modern and very well maintained. There is a pizza place open in the evenings and a heated swimming pool.The site is secure with a number plate recognition barrier allowing easy access at all times. All in all I would heartily recommend 12 Oaks and will be back again.

This was our second stay in a cottage and we thoroughly enjoyed it again. The welcoming gifts of milk, eggs and especially the amazing muffins fantastic. The dogs are also catered for with a bag of treats and the all important poo bags , everything is well thought through. Within the cottage there is everything needed that we have at home, so you can make meals, do washing etc . Clare and Andrew are very approachable about anything and are very helpful. The site is immaculate and well maintained. We first ever stayed there in our camper van and we also enjoyed that as there was everything needed there , washing facilities etc . There is also a small field at the bottom of the camp for the dogs to be walked. It is also reasonably situated for local amenities and various places to visit like Dawlish, Newton Abbot , Otters Garden Centre (Jacks Patch) Teignmouth and many more. We just love it there. We didn’t take any photographs , sorry .

The site is clean and tidy, well signposted for pitches. Toilets and showers are kept to a high standard. The onsite food van serves amazing food with very friendly staff

Clare really looked after us on arrival. The facilities were clean and the campsite was tidy and comfortable. Friendly neighbours onsite too! We really appreciated the pool and it was lovely to see the animals, including a very friendly couple of campsite cats!Thank you for our stay!

This is the second time we have camped at Twelve Oaks. We were welcomed with smiling happy faces and nothing is is too much trouble for them.The site is well kept and clean with plenty of space. There is a lovely heated Pool where you can sit around and enjoy the sun.The food hut was amazing with hot tasty meals if you don't feel like cooking.The site is within easy to access from the M5, and there are lots of interesting places to visit close by. Will definately be going again with the whole family.Thank you Claire and Team

Twelve Oaks Farm Holiday Park, is a lovely place to stay. This is our 6th or 7th year of staying here. It is in the middle of nowhere and is very quiet. They have a lovely shop which sells everything you need for a camping holiday, the shower and toilets are kept very clean and tidy. They have recycle bins as well as normal bins. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the site is very central to where we want to visit in the area and is about 10 minutes from Newton Abbot, which has all the supermarkets. We have booked to go again next year.
