Alder Lodge consists of an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area, a bathroom with shower and two bedrooms: a twin room and a double room. The double room features a walk in wardrobe and en suite shower room. Alder Lodge is PET FRIENDLY.

Ash Lodge is a wonderful, detached lodge resting within the Twelve Oaks Farm, on the outskirts of Newton Abbot. This stylish accommodation is perfect for a family looking to spend time within the wonderful countryside setting. It comes with two well-presented bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom.

Acorn is the first of the semi detached self catering cottages and has a comfortable furnished open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas, the kitchen is well equipped with New England pine units.

Soft furnishing and muted pastel shades make this a very relaxing cottage. Upstairs both bedrooms have the luxury of a bathroom each - a rare treat in a property of this size

Oak Leaves next door to Acorn is equally well decorated and equipped, the only difference being the oak units in the kitchen area.

As with Acorns, several of the original beams have been left exposed to add character and charm to this attractive cottage. Again there are two separate bathrooms and both Oak Leaves and Acorns look out over the fields to the river and the village beyond.

Barnyard Cottage used to be part of the main farmhouse but has now been beautifully converted into this rustic and relaxing cottage. With all the usual amenities included and beautiful views of the garden.

Walnut cottage is one of our newly built cottages, finished to the highest quality and comfort like all of our luxury cottages.

Walnut will easily accommodate 7 guests. The cottage is open plan and finished to a quality contemporary standard.
