Tregroes caters for tents, touring caravans and motorhomes with roughly 30 pitches available and communal facilities which include toilets, showers, a washing up area, charging facilities and a chemical disposal point.
Here at Tregroes Touring and Camping Site, we also offer glamping for those who fancy a more luxurious camping experience.
You can enjoy a spacious geodome or cosy Glamping pod. All are fully equipped with everything you will need.
Guests are welcome to light up the barbie after a long days sight seeing, however if you fancy a night off, the on-site restaurant offers great home made food to eat in or takeaway - Tregroes was voted one of the “ best foody” campsites in the UK by The Times.
Dogs are more than welcome here at Tregroes and are sure to love the bountiful walking opportunities that surround the campsite including the 186 mile stretch of the coastal path, where guests are advised to keep their eyes open for the dolphins, seals and seabirds which can be seen along the way. Cycling, hiking, fishing, horse riding and golfing are all available in the nearby areas too as well as a variety of water sports activities including surfing, sailing, kayaking and diving!
If you're a history fan, you've definitely come to the right place! There are an abundance of beautiful historic sites and castles in this part of Wales including the 12th century abbey in the coastal town of St Dogmaels and the Pen-Rhiw burial chambers at Goodwick. The Garn Wen burial chamber in Fishguard, the cathedral at St Davids and the stone circles of the Preseli Hills are also well worth a look!

Great campsite, excellent location. Good facilities, would recommend eating there as the food is off and high standard. The family are very friendly.
a great place to stay and a good base for visiting places. Great restaurant too. I love the alpacas.
we loved the cosy pod for our three day break. having the on-suite bathroom was amazing. the kitchen was well equipped and the gas hob sufficient for cooking evening meals. lovely view from the pod doors. the little heater was enough to make it very cosy. and the fun hammock a great little touch.
We stayed at Y Caban and had a lovely couple of days. We spent evenings at the restaurant/bar in good spirits with our stay just seconds walk away. The site as a whole is great, with plenty of space for vans and personal spaces for on site cabins. The site was clean and the food and drinks were nice, in the days we headed into St David’s and Fishguard. We would definitely return potentially with more of our family staying at different cabins. Would recommend this site for all, whether that be families, couples or individuals
When arrives on site, there was no one to welcome you however there were clear instruction to how to find your pitch. The facilities were adequate but for the price and no outlook we have experienced far better. The washing up areas and bin areas were kept clean and today. It just didn't feel right that there was no one on site to welcome you or direct you or point out where things were, very impersonal.
Great site for camping enthusiasts. Easy walk to Fishguard, marine walk marvellous. We had a lovely Sunday lunch onsite, and owners and staff very helpful and friendly.Already recommended to friends if in the area
We had a fantastic stay at Tregroes Camp site in our van.The pitches were big and very well kept. The staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly and the food was amazing.Fantastic location and a short walk into Fishguard. Will definitely recommend this site to others.
Really enjoyed our stay here.To be honest, initially when we drove onto the campsite we saw only a small field with a couple of campervans on site and no welcome at reception but this campsite turned out to be one of my favourites. In the other field behind were more campervans and tents and the site also had glamping pods, which I was told by a lovely lady staying in one them that she was really impressed. The showers were indiividual units ,very clean and best showers on our whole trip in Wales ( no pushing the button in every few minutes ,thank goodness.)But my absolute favourite part of this campsite was the restaurant and bar area.It was so convenient after travelling for a few hours to be able to book a meal onsite. The decor was quirky but fabulous and the atmosphere was both friendly and relaxing. The staff within the restaurant/bar were friendly and helpful and the food was lovely and tasty ,good potion size. It was a lovely area to sit and chill and chat to fellow ca
Very good site, efficient and friendly. On site restaurant is excellent.
When we arrived we weren’t overly impressed - no one to check us in etc but in all fairness the details were all on individual clipboards ready for us. We set up and couldn’t fault the pitch size or the hook up. The picnic bench’s on each pitch were an added bonusWe ventured to the onsite bar and restaurant for a drink in the evening and the food smelt amazing. Campers by us said the meal quality very good. We loved the quirky bar and toilets !!!The showers were hot and clean and well thought out with a chair to put your clothes on - something so many campsites overlook. Toilets in need of an upgrade but serve their purpose. Outdoor washing up area was fine. I would have appreciated better lighting to get to the toilets at night though. All in all a lovely little campsite. Particularly loved the cat who we nicknamed Bob and who was well fed on half a steak that night
