The views are outstanding. Staff are very friendly. Things for the kids to do. Will definitely be back
Beautiful site with super-clean facilities. Plenty of freezer and fridge room for food and a lovely addition of kettles for a quick brew-up! Staff were helpful and polite and immediately sorted out a problem with ‘over-excited’ children on the next pitch. Great pubs nearby and lots of outdoor activities within a few miles. Highly recommend the site.
We are very lucky to have such an amazing campsite nearby. This was our fifth visit, and each time we leave, we feel eager to come back again. The staff are always very friendly, the site is very clean, and the guests respect the rules and behave considerately.I would highly recommend it to anyone looking to relax in nature.
We stayed at Town Farm a couple of years ago so we knew the holiday would be good, with every need catered for! This meant we relaxed as soon as we arrived. Sure enough, not long after we had our up our tent and sat down, dinner arrived. Dough with the Flow do fantastic pizza and we ate it all, washed down with beer from the campsite bar. The views are beautiful. Climbing Ivinghoe Beacon is just challenging enough to be fun and there are other very pretty walls around.Your staff are always friendly and helpful, which really is the icing on the cake. Thank you!
We always look forward to coming as.my.son.qill.spend his whole time off playing with others especially on the field with the football goals
All of the facilities, toilets, showers, food vans & staff were superb!!Normally struggle with camping Town Farm made it very enjoyable
Good stop over for the final leg of the Ridgeway. Clean facilities, very nice pizza from the pop up catering truck, didn't try the breakfast truck but smelt great!Only down side was no shade at all which during a heatwave made it rather uncomfortable.
We stayed as a group of friends and had a fantastic weekend. The children loved the playground and football goals and having the food trucks on site made everything super easy. We’ll be back!
Every aspect of my stay was fantastic, from the sunset views, to the extremely friendly and helpful staff.
Stayed as a first camp before embarking on The Ridgeway East to West. Walked to site from Tring Station, taking the fairly direct 6.25km/1.5hr route via Northfield Road - that was a quite unpleasant road walk for the first half - in retrospect should have gone longer on footpaths or backtracked the Ridgeway.Very pleasant site, was quiet on the day of my visit so ample choice of space to pitch in large fields. Was very hot during my visit so a little shade provided by a tall hedge or a few trees was welcome, though this may be taken up at busier times. Facilities all good & clean, good showers. plenty of water points. Had a couple of things that, as a solo lightweight walker make all the difference to me - a couple of picnic benches where I could sit (again in the shade of the large barn), and a few plug sockets where I could top up my power bank. Pitch had a view of sunrise over Irvinghoe Beacon (Ridgeway start point). Overall all good, nice site, did the job for me perfectly.
