Very friendly welcome upon arrival. Well maintained site and very clean toilets and shower block. All set in an absolutely stunning location.

So close to transport routes but panoramic country views. Can catch both sunrise and sunset. Great base for walking, cycling, geocaching, tea shops all straight from your tent. (Excellent transport routes to London, and surrounding towns).Site washing up area has microwaves and kettles. (Fridges and freezers I've not used)Showers and toilets are 1st class. Everything maintained to consistently really good standard.Site staff/owners are always friendly, informative and helpful.Sheep in adjacent field always an added bonus.

Location, walk to Ivinghoe, excellent. Staff friendly.But despite being very expensive fees, the facilities did not reflect the fees.Tepid at best from hw basin taps.No hooks to hang clothes, wash bag, etc whilst washing and shaving.Despite mentioning to staff, so called hot water was never moor than tepid.Typical of a site designed and operated by people with no experience of actually using such facilities. Showers, despite being small were good, except that anything touching walls became wet with condensation, because room was so cold.

Lovely clean and tidy site. Toilets/showers modern and clean. We had hardstanding pitch with ehu. Good value. Great location for walks. Fairly close to village pub for drinks food. Great Indian takeaway/restaurant also in village.

I used Town Farm as a test for my new van as it’s fairly local to me. The site’s facilities are fabulous clean and tidyThe pizza van was a bonus that turned up on Friday nightI will definitely use the site again

I have stayed at Town Farm campsite before by myself and thought it good value. Unfortunately the pricing schedule charges per person and therefore if there's two of you it is an expensive stay. This is a shame as the location is excellent and the site has lovely views.Please Town Farm re visit your pricing as £37 a night is far too much. We stayed the night before at a beautiful site on a pitch with hard standing and electric for £20, that is comparable with European site prices.

Staff very friendly and accommodating, amenities nice and clean and best shower we've had during our trip. Great variety of sites to pick from, very comfortable stay.

All facilities are good and clean, booked on line so never saw any staff.

Great site will definitely stay again
