This a nice clean site, with clean shower/toilet block, mixture of statics, camping, caravans & motorhomes. Helpfull friendly staff. We stayed 1 night on our way down to catch ferry at Cairnryan

Owners are first class,nothing too much trouble,generous sized pitches, 9 metre rv fitted with 3 metres left,facilities were spotless,washing machines and dryers not over priced,pitches reasonably priced,shopping at spar just a nice walk into maybole,handy for trains to Stranraer,Glasgow,girvan,culzean castle national trust a short bike ride away or bus stop just outside.

First time camping with my family, 2 children age 10 and 7. The swing park was fab for their ages and we noticed another swing park for younger children. The facilities were clean. The owner at reception was very welcoming and friendly. We used the electric set up for tents overall price was as great. Close by for culzean castle which is a fave of ours. The only thing is we weren’t told were the water taps were and other campers told us this but it’s a minor thing we were going to the kitchen area

Really enjoyed our stay at the Ranch in our motorhome.Welcomed at reception without havings to jump out which was really appreciated.There was a wee food truck which was a nice surprise. Very clean park and everyone staying was friendly.The only thing we were a wee bit disappointed by was the secure dog area. There's no gate so our rascal of a collie had to be kept on leash.

Toilet block very clean. Dishwashing area very clean. Swimming pool-water was a good temperature and clean poolside and changing rooms. Site is very well maintained. Tent pitches very good size and comfortably accommodated 8 man tent with room for seating at the side. Will definitely return!

We enjoyed our 8 night visit to The Ranch, pitches were great, fully serviced was a bonus toilets were always nice and clean although a bulb in the entrance way would have been good going in at night , laundry was OK cheaper than some sites. . Swimming was great although changing cubicles would have been nice not great changing in front of others. Great price to swim though. Swing parks left a lot to be desired, very much in need of bringing up to safe standard not sure some bits would pass safety regulations.

Generally a nice site, although it was quite windy over the couple of days. Would have been better to have been able to get pitch on booking form but it was already taken. Apparently it's optional to use the allocated pitch. This caused me discomfort due to distance from toilet block. However the swimming pool was very nice and quiet early morning.

Nice clean site very helpfull family that runs it lovely places not far away to travel to surrounding places

Had a great time at the ranch , facilities are great and won't hesitate to return.
