This was our 3rd visit to the paddock and will return, we love it here , showers could work better (warm-cold , never had a hot shower yet ) this won't stop us returning though , lovely food in the restaurant decent prices although alcohol is expensive

It's very nice, however I thought pricey to stay....ate lunch 3 women 2 white wine spritzer one blackcurrant and water, one lime and lemonade.Main course one cheseburger with the trimmings, one spaghetti, one vegetarian pasta2 Eaton mess£ 100 +Didn't realise there was £ 10 gratuity added to the billDefinitely overpriced although it was nice. It really wasn't THAT nice.Only stayed an extra night because I was meeting friendsIst day the showers were cold2nd hotter............I had done some hand washing so only wanted to spin my clothes before drying ....pricey

The accessibility is very good. Location is good. Staff friendly and very busy. Amenities were good although when we were there it was frost and there was no hot water in the toilets and no water the next day. The stables are a nice attraction. The restaurant in the Hotel on the site is very good .

Stayed at the Paddocks a number of times. A very clean tidy site, well managed and great food.

We had another fantastic stay in the the rv Park brilliant clean park. Staff are very helpful, John was amazing with any issues. The only thing lacking was a shop but you can use local delivery app for anything you need. Take away can be delivered to your pitch very convenient if you have pets

First time staying at The Paddocks on the Ingliston Estate. We received an email 24 hours to arrival with our pitch number and information on how to access the toilet and showers. Well sign posted and easy access to site. Pitches are easily identified and nice bonus they all have their own picnic bench. If it wasn’t snowing, it’s a nice added value space to enjoy. Great views of the grounds and very quiet, peaceful site. Extremely clean and staff were very welcoming.

We stayed over the new year , pitches mainly level,with electricity and water, some had drainage.Toilets and showers ok but can be busy.No hot water to showers one morning but was quickly rectified. On site restaurant and bar, 30 min walk to nearest town.Overall very good and have already booked for next new years.

Had a great time at New Year. Pitches are big in a peaceful location. Negative - Thus is the second time that we’ve stayed and both times there has been no hot water in ladies toilets.

This is a great site level pitches well laid out great restaraunt what let it down for us was 5 days barely a trickle of warm water in the restrooms and showers no pressure and never heated up radiators were never on the place was freezing really need to get the facilities sorted it was super busy but everyone complaining about lack of hot water.

We've been coming for a few years now and we love the site , pitches, dog park and atmosphere however your showers are really letting you down. They were never the best before however they were freezing, pressure low and i mean low as a tricky and no one else was showering other than me. Spoke to another lady in block who comes a lot and she said the same. If I wasn't to come again ot would be due to the showers. Also the cleanliness off the showers/toilets wasn't great. Thick of dust on horses heads ornaments, behind doors in toilets. No shower gels in showers empty not even in. Have you stopped providing shower gel? And grime sofa build up on showers/tiles. A deeps clean is needed. Such a shame as we come a lot, spend a lot. 3 day visit and ate in restaurant on 2 occasions just short of £200 to you. Please please address the shower issue. That's more important for people coming to stay. Thank you.
