Quiet, all facilities, paradise.

Really nice site, better than we expected for price,All facilities were good and the restaurant reasonably priced . We’d definitely use again 👍

Unfortunately we were only looking for an overnight stop in the area this time, as would have liked to stay longer. The site is in a very nice setting in an extremely picturesque part of the world. With an extremely popular restaurant/ bar on site this was perfect for an overnight stop and offers a great amenity if staying longer. Car free paths provide a safe and easy walk into adjacent Bishopton giving easy access to a Coop for topping up on provisions, or if larger supermarket preferred there is a Tesco in Port Glasgow a few miles away which also has a fuel station and easy road access. It must be said that the staff were very friendly and attentive, particularly John the Site Manger who made a point of coming down to check we had settled in, making us feel extremely welcome and provided us with great site and local information. A site that represents great value for money.

We were very impressed with the location! It was a delightful surprise that it was located on a riding stable. We love horses!The bathrooms were clean, we didn't do any laundry and would recommend maybe adding a couple of machines as I only saw 1 washer and 1 dryer. The showers were great although the first 1 I had the water pressure was a little light for my preference.Overall it was a lovely spot! The restaurant was excellent as well!

We had to return our rental van in Glasgow the following morning at 9 a.m. (a 15–20 minute drive). We found everything we needed on this site to prepare for the return with peace of mind. Plus, the site is pleasant, with plenty of space, outdoor tables, and very clean facilities.

Please Clean the washrooms room by room.

Lovely and clean,well maintained with restaurant on site. Only let down was dish washing facilities having only one sink for the whole site. Had to queue a couple of times. Also when using the sinks for teeth brushing.shaving etc there was no where to put towels or wash bags. Would definitely return

Ein schöner sauberer Platz. Toiletten, Dusche gut. Idealer Platz um mit der Bahn aus dem nächsten Ort in Richtung Glasgow zu starten. Ticketpreis Hin/Rückfaht stand 24.08.2026 £6.30
