The Dairy caravan and campsite is ideally placed just outside the old market town of Thame in the pretty village of Moreton. Run by the same owner for over thirty years, over one hundred mature trees, Four acres of level ground, Grass kept like a lawn. The site is ideal for visiting Oxford, Long Crendon, Worminghall, Waterperry Gardens, Shabbington, Haddenham, Towersey, Prince's Risborough, Great Milton, Quainton (windmill and steam), West Wycombe caves, Bicester Village for all that shopping and of course the Chiltern hills. This has been a certificated caravan and camp site for over 20 years and the aim now is for it to evolve into a fully fledged licensed site. There will be no change in the peaceful ambience that this site has a reputation for. You do not have to be a member of any camping club or association to come here. Dogs are fine provided they are well behaved and kept on a lead while on site. Please note; there are no showers or toilets on this site.

We really like this site as it's close to Thame where we have family. It's spacious and quiet but we would love it to have a toilet and shower facility

Quiet campsite with no facilities other than electric, water, chemical disposal and rubbish/recycling bins. In a lovely village with 20 minute walk into Thame. Red kites everywhere! I had a very relaxing break here.

Very pretty site lots of trees & Red Kites flying overhead. No facilities apart from electrics & disposal points but a stay here is a peaceful & relaxed experience. You can walk into the beautiful town of Thame & see some of the locations used in Midsomer Murders, lots of pubs & restaurants to enjoy too.

Peaceful

Quiet site hidden away and in a tiny village about 14 miles from Oxford. Nice walk into Thame where you can catch a bus into Oxford (parking in the city is horrendous). Would definitely recommend exploring Thame and its surrounds as well as it is a beautiful area with plenty of history. No amenities on site, but this is part of its appeal.

Excellent location and peaceful campsite.

Harper, Carolyn - 22/07/2021

We have stayed at the Dairy Campsite before as it is ideally situated for the annual Waterperry ceramic festival. A bonus this year was the Thame country show which was very interesting. The walk from the campsite in to Thame for meals and shops is off road through lovely countryside and flat. The campsite itself is really peaceful and a perfect place to return to after a busy day. We will certainly return.
