2nd time back here and will be going again next year. Facilities are outstanding. The pace is immaculate. Un touched and beautiful location

A really great place to stay. Very friendly and polite staff, especially Ian. We turned up and forgot butter, when we asked and shop didnt have any in. He got it from the nearest town overnight for us to get the next morning. Great campsite, clean and well laid out. Lots of information upfront that really helped, around the best way to get their and wi-fi etc.The kids loved it, and the fairy walk was really nice. Only feedback from the kids is, can they have a few more bits on the park. Apart from that we’ll definitely be back.

Campsite is well set up for families with spacious pitches, well thought out facilities including a family shower room, spacious washing up area with dish soap & sponges, freezer, washing machine, play area and river access.Beautiful, peaceful location with plenty to do without going very far.Midges were an issue on our first night but not the second.

Fabulous location.Excellent facilities everything you need showers and wc are very clean.Very small shop. Nice cafe decent choices.Fairy wood trail is Excellent for young ones.

The facilities are always clean, large pitches and the most gorgeous views. Our children are 14 and 10 and still love doing the fairy trail and ordering a picnic from the cafe. We’ve been coming to Studfold for over 10 years and it is definitely our happy place 😊.

We visited for a long weekend with family and friends. We had a lovely time. Weather was mostly good with just showers overnight. Facilities are first class. Washing area supplied with dish washing liquid. Toilets / showers were hot and plentiful.The on site cafe was goodWe had a game of mini golfWe had a superb meal at the nearby Crown as well as visited the other crown which is less than a mile away up a steep hill.We paid £25 / night for a grass pitch without EHU.Our second visit and I'm sure it won't be the last.

We stayed for 2 nights and completed the nature trail. I was initially a bit disgruntled at paying full price even though we were staying on site but have to say the trail was brilliant. Great clue solving. I was quite taken aback at the woodland setting at the end. Beautiful. The midges were still as present unfortunately . Its worth getting extra provisions as they're a nuisance with being so close to the river. It would be worth the shop selling more towards this as you can get bug hair nets! It prevented us sitting outside in the evening so worth knowing or being organised for. Good washing up area. Showers adequate. Maybe a couple more toilets would be useful if site got busy. We were sent off by torrential rain 🌧 but the mist over hills was still worth seeing!Really enjoyed and we will be back thankyou. Vanessa

It was pur first time camping as a family, the information provided before check in and on check in was superb. On arrival i could not help but notice how clean and organised the whole site was. The shower and toliet blocks immaculate. A great area for washing up, best of all was the play area. The children were all respectful, they flew kites, played together lovely, one family even played cricket. In such a beautiful surroundings we only went fir short walks as it was near imposdible yo get the children to leave. The evenings was calm, quiet and chilled. Perfect for our busy family

Last stayed here about 20 years ago and always meant to return but things always got in the way. Finally managed it this year and glad we did. Whilst the site has certainly moved on a lot in the last 20 years it was nice to find it still owned by the same family. We stayed as a couple with a 6 year old and 13 year old and everyone enjoyed it. Good clean toilets and showers. Large pitches so we weren’t on top of anyone. Site was quiet on a night from 9ish being silent from 11pm. We had hedgehogs visit the tent on a night which the children loved. We plan to return here and would recommend

Really lovely site, we had a mix of ages 4-13yo and everyone was happy. Good sized pitches, space in between areas and a little play area. We did the fairy trail which was a great wat to pass the afternoon, even in the rain. Good excuse for coffee and cake in the cafe afterwards! All the staff we met were so friendly and helpful, we had everything we needed for our couple of days away. Facilities were clean, and easy to access from any pitch. Very peaceful and easy, thank you.
