excellent stay Louise and Adam looks after everyone , great place to take the kids Giddy yup burgers take the hunger away, and the cakes excellent, toilets and showers always clean, i,ve been a few times and i will continue going
Supposed to be hard standing but a few stones thrown on the ground isn’t good enough, pitch was too small and very uneven, duel carriageway was very noisy.shower block poor may improve when new block is finished if ever.
Just such a chilled place to stay. The owners were so friendly and he food was excellent. The only complaint I had was that the ice-cream on my pudding was cold lolWe will most definitely be going back.
We stayed here for 6 nights our second time visiting and we loved it. The weather wasn’t the best but that didn’t stop the kids. Nothing is ever a problem for the owners and I highly recommend the afternoon tea me and my children had one whilst there and it was beautifully from presentation to taste. They even did my son a dairy free one.
Well situated for our Beamish visit. Caravan was well equipped and very clean
We just had a very brief stay at Strawberry Farm but the owners were lovely, very welcoming, the facilities were clean and having a cafe on site was a really lovely bonus. I can highly recommend the homemade sausage rolls.

Shown to pitch and correct way to park given. The Park: A small site with tent/touring pitches, 4-5 statics and glamping pods. A mix of grass and hardstanding pitches. 16A EHU. New loo/shower block in process of construction. Lots of water points. Tarmac track around site. Small childrens play area, dog walk area. Onsite cafe and horse box bar serving food/alcoholic drinks in an evening. 2 toilets and 2 showers in the ladies. Good water supply, always hot. Our stay: The pros: We were warmly welcomed by the owner and shown to our pitch. The site was very well kept and tidy. Toilet blocks always spotless. Owners and their parents always helpful and obliging. Our car broke down and they were
Brilliant place to stay clean and tidy everything You need on site ...... very friendly and polite staff , would highly recommend
Excellent camp site friendly staff clean and well kept.
We had a bad experience when we visited for the first time. We had to be towed off. I think the site need to review what pitches they book vans etc. I assumed we were on a gravel or hard standing but we were sited on the grassed tent pitch site when we referred to the map. We and several other vehicles got stuck and needed assistance vacating. The site also didn't have any safe means of getting off site by foot to local villages. We only stayed 1 night of our 3 booked.
