We came here following the festival and it was the perfect choice! Facilities felt more like you were at a spa than a campsite. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with a large pitch. Conveniently situated for beaches and the needles with a Pub right next door. Only booked one night but would have happily stayed longer. Highly recommended
Great place to stay has every thing you need
Tucked away in West Wight by so easy to get to and with access to all beaches at Colwell, Totland and Freshwater Bay this campsite is a dream. Fantastic facilities heated shower floors and great landscaping outside our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Will definitely stay there again.
Site was great, big spacious pitches with hedges for privacy, facilities were excellent, clean and everything you needed.Everyone was helpful & friendly. We moved on in our travels and were very disappointed with next site that we called to see if we could return and our original pitch was still available so enjoyed a second night there..the work being carried out on cafe will be great I'm sure..Loved it and hope to return
We visited Stoats Farm in early June 2025 with our 3 year old. It was our first time camping as a family and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The site was immaculately clean, the views were beautiful and the amenities (showers, laundry, walking paths, shop, etc) were really lovely and made us feel so comfortable in what was a very new experience. We ordered breakfast pastries one morning and they were hot and delicious! It was really nice to be able to order a coffee on site and then sit outside the reception area on a picnic bench and enjoy our food in the sun. The recommendations for nearby beaches and pubs were put to good use on our visit and we did not have a bad meal or experience out when we ventured from the campsite. We also decided to do a campfire one night and it was very convenient to order the fire pit and it was delivered to our tent while we were out that day to enjoy when we came home after tea. Highly recommend this site for anyone wanting a really nice family campsite
What a wonderful site! So modern, clean and with lovely views over the hills. The toilet and washing block was impressive with plenty of facilities, immaculately clean and all so modern. There’s a pub right opposite the entrance and it dusky served me up a lovely Veg burger and pint of pale ale for my dinner after a days bike riding.
We stayed at Stoats Farm for 10 days. The site is beautiful and wonderfully kept. The shop is well stocked, the allocated camping plots are large and tidy. We saw our first ever wild red squirrels right in the trees next to us! One thing that stands out for this site is Alex, the manager. She made our stay so much better for her cheery disposition, her friendliness, her efficiency and her wonderful, hardworking 'nothing is too much effort' attitude. She really is a huge asset for Stoats Farm and made us smile every day with her sense of humour and helpful advice. The shower and toilet block is the best we've ever experienced whilst camping and Alex made sure it was in tip top condition, even when a large group of teenagers created a lot of work for her! We'll definitely be returning in future.
Beautiful quiet site with great walks and a lovely pub next to the entrance. Site really well kept - and fab new toilet and shower block.
A fabulous campsite with beautiful views. Well kept grounds and immaculate facilities. A short stroll to a couple of fabulous waterfront restaurants and in easy reach of the islands bus services.Definitely recommend to others !
