Shays Farm is set in a peaceful rural location in a valley away from the farmhouse.
The caravan camping site is privately owned family run business. The family have lived on the farm for over 100 years, previously farming the land until 2007 when starting a small campsite which has grown in size and popularity over the last 7 years.
Shays Farm caravan camping site welcomes families, couples and individuals in motorhomes, caravans, trailer tents and tents. The campsite is set in natural surroundings for guests to enjoy the picturesque woodlands and wildlife.
Shays Farm is on the outskirts of Little Budworth village and is an excellent location for nearby Oulton Park, Delamere Forest, the historical city of Chester and Beeston Castle. We are in driving distance to North Wales as well as close proximity to the motorway linking to Manchester and Liverpool.
Electric Hook-up available on all pitches. We have three areas to our Touring and Camping site. Waters Edge, Woodpecker Retreat and The Warren.

Nice site, excellent toilet and shower facilities very clean and well presented, the experience would have been more enjoyable but for the weather.Lots of nice local pubs and good eating establishment available
Lovely campsite hidden away in peaceful surroundings. You can literally star gaze there’s no light pollution. Toilet & shower facilities are 5 stars. Very spacious pitches so you're not on top of your neighbours. We would definitely stay again.
The site is well located to visit local towns . You can walk from the site there are various paths including the Whitegate way the former train line that transported rock salt. The site is good value for money and the owners are friendly and helpful. The site has good accessibility
A very well thought out campsite! After arriving at Shay's farm you then drive down into a little valley where you will find two ponds and all the campsite areas. Our caravan pitch was on grass and very easy to set up on, water and electric was very close by. We had plenty of space to park the car and put up a awning. The facilities we're of a high standard, toilet and showers were very clean and were underfloor heated! We had are three dogs with us, the campsite has a secure field to let the dogs run free in which was very useful.Staff at the campsite were very welcoming and happy to help wherever possible.Local pub is only a 10 minute walk away and the food was delicious. We stayed a week at Shay's farm campsite and look forward to returning soon!
Great staff , great facilities. Toilets and showers immaculate
Plenty of places to visit and restaurants close by. The only issue was the wifi kept constantly dropping out.
Lovely quiet family friendly site. Probably cleanest toilets ever. Sam and Lisa are amazingPretty much the heart of cheshire. Lots of places to visit
