Have visited this site a few times previously and will be visiting again.

Our favourite site! We love that it's small, Adults Only, and the pitches are all generous sizes.The facilities are immaculately kept.Staff are attentive, friendly and hard-working.Relatively easy access to the beach. Wonderful sunrises and sunsets!The bus stop is located just outside the site, so very convenient.There's a handy Tesco Express within easy walking distance. It's a reasonable walk into Mundesley - either along the beach, or via a (safe) road with path all the way.

Lovely place fantastic views

Fantastic location overlooking the sea. HOWEVER the local Para Gliders continually fly over the vans on the cliff top pitches. One nearly hit my van and landed next to us! The wind then blew him back over the fence and very luckily between my van and our neighbours! He certainly was not in control and could have damaged the van or worse hurt someone!I really don't think they should be allowed to fly directly over the site as it is certainly a health and safety disaster waiting to happen!Other than that the site and staff were great. The location and bus links to nearby towns are excellent. I would certainly like to return but would avoid the cliff top pitches which is such a shame as the view from it was fantastic...

A great site adults only on the touring side beautifully kept with excellent facilities, wonderful views overlooking the sea. Bus stops to Cromer and north walsham just outside the park.

Good and clean facilities. Very friendly staff. Good size pitch. Booked for next year. Can't wait.

We have returned to this site numerous times whilst holidaying in Norfolk.The standard of care given to the grounds, facilities etc is excellent.I have no hesitation in recommending Sandy Gulls to anyone, you will not be disappointed.

Our first visit this site and we will deffinatley being returning.so clean and friendly ,peacefull and overall one of the best sites to stay on,helpful staff beautiful facilities,cant sak for more for a perfect stay.

We have returned to Sandy Gulls many times over the years...and we can't praise enough ...It's always very clean and tidy and the facilities are 1st class...and each time we return seem to be getting even better...Christine is a lovely site host ..and always on hand if you need anything on your stay..The surrounding area is in a fantastic position with the site high above the sea and access to the beach via a fairly steep but manageable road ..The whole area is lovely and Mundesley village is not too far away with a lovely bakery and other shops .. There is also a Tesco small supermarket which is very handy if you need anything..All in all it's in a lovely area and we shall return as we do most years ..as it's our favourite place to unwind ..and best of all it's Adults only 😀..thank you ..

We have been coming to Sandy Gulls for nearly 10 years. The site is quiet location with amazing coastal views and sunrises/sunsets and not forgetting the occasional paraglider who launches themselves off a nearby cliff edge and silently glides themselves back and forth the coastal path.The site is immaculate and very well looked after and the facilities are the best we have come across. Easy access to the beach.Christine has always made herself available anytime of the day /evening should you have any questions and a font of knowledge to the area, you will see her regularly accompanied with her wingman Dougie, the most adorable labrador. Theres a reason why we continue to rebook every year. Five star ratings
