Small, clean friendly site with amazing sea views love it !!

We stayed here in our motorhome and two dogs.I really can not fault the site they have thought of everything. Shower/ toilet facilities were spotlessly clean and even a warm dog shower to wash our furry friends after their dip in the sea.The location is perfect with fantastic views of the sea, very peaceful.Bus stop close by so easy travel to other places of interest. Town of Mundesley has excellent shops and a lovely pub and also two close by shops for provisions.We will definitely be returning to this site.

My only recommendation is the new waste facility down on the site needs a ramp so you don't have to lift the full waste container up in the air,it jarred my shoulder and could easily be rectified... thank you

We spent an enjoyable Easter weekend at Sandy Gulls with friends. We were able to choose the pitch we wanted when we booked. All pitches have a lovely sea view. Christine, the manager, is very friendly, helpful and always contactable when needed. The showers and toilets are always clean and tidy. We find the location excellent as it is within walking distance of two local supermarkets, and the centre of Mundesley is a 30 minute walk. We have a motorhome and do not bring a car with us. There is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk away with regular buses to Cromer, with connections onto Sheringham and beyond. There is an excellent local bus service run by Sanders. Both Cromer and Sheringham are popular seaside towns with shops and cafes. Cromer has a pier with a theatre at the end and this has various shows throughout the year.

Great location next to the beach. Lovely welcome at our pitch and given leaflets with useful information. Probably the cleanest showers and toilets we’ve ever had on a campsite. Mundesley is a lovely village with a couple of small supermarkets and pubs. A short journey to Cromer which is a great town with everything you need from shops, restaurants and entertainment. Our first visit but will definitely be coming back!

We have been to Sandy Gulls a few times now, this visit was wonderful, quiet and peaceful.The facilities are first class, clean and easily accessible. The touring park manager Chris is warm and welcoming, always greeting you with a smile and a Sandy Gulls gift. She has good knowledge of the surrounding area.The bus stop is just outside the entrance and it’s just a very short bus ride to Cromer etc.The location could not be bettered up on the cliff top, all pitches have sea views. It’s a short walk to the beach which is dog friendly.

Great site with spectacular views. Great location with easy access to the beach, and to the bus stop for trips into Cromer. Pitches are a good size but are not level so you will need ramps/blocks (as stated on the website). The hardstanding pitches can be difficult to put pegs into for an awning as the ground is either too hard to get them in, or too loose that a gust of wind pulls them straight back out. Toilets are a little walk away from the pitches but not further than what many other sites have. Toilets are clean and spacious to the point it feels like there is a lot of wasted space. There could be added cubicles and/or showers and they would still feel roomy. Having said that they were never busy so perhaps that isn't needed. Just a couple of minor points that don't detract from the site at all and we will definitely be back.

What a wonderful site……..on arrival we were greeted by Carol (and accompanying doggie helper) who gave us all the information we needed to get our caravan set up and get comfortable. The site is beautifully maintain, pitch site have plenty of room and the shower block are immaculately clean. A great location to explore the surrounding area too. This is all topped off with the stunning view of the sea. A fantastic site and we will definitely be back.

Mainly hardstanding, with a scattering of very tidy grass pitches,on very well kept site. Beach is 10 minute walk,Mundesley village 40 minutes with an old woofer
