Absolutely love this site, superb location with excellent views.Facilities lovely and clean, and great hot showers.Great bus service to Cromer, Sheringham or Holt.Warning, it can get windy, so if you have an awning, make sure its pegged down well.Bonus: local pub has Sharps "Offshore" on tap what's not to love.

Beautiful camp site, in a beautiful area, has a spotlessly clean toilet block , washing machine if you need it, and a dog wash also, near to a small tesco and another small supermarket if a few things needed, there's a fish and chip shop further down the road in Mundesley at the pub, and the opposite direction in cromer you have a new sainsbury, a morrisons and a lidi, and some lovely old shops, it's such a lovely old village and the people all seem lovely, a nice cafe on cromer comon do a lovely hot chocolate, just love cromer💞

Had a lovely time at Sandy Gulls. Wardens very friendly and toilet shower facilities great. Our pitch overlooked the sea and it was lovely. The site is on a gradient and blocks are needed to level your caravan or motorhome and some awnings looked a bit drunk because of the sloped pitches but it didn’t seem to affect the people enjoying their stay. Would I recommend yes, would I stay again, yes. Would I change anything - you can’t but there was a very rude lady who I think was a resident of the statics who had the audacity to tell me off off for letting go of my dogs lead as he tried to pull away when I needed to pick his poo up to stop others treading in it!

Very much enjoyed our stay at sandy gulls, a beautiful position on the cliffs, with good access to the beach. Great facilities, lovely shower block kept spotless at all times. Staff were attentive and helpful. We caught a bus to Cromer (a stop just down the road) and tried the crab. There's a small tesco about 30 minutes away and a good pub a little further. Definitely be going back.

Love have have already booked again for end of October 2025 Views are lovely. Access to the beach. Lovely walk into mundesley and above all else the toilet and shower block are immaculate and the best ever shower on a campsite I have had.

My first stay on this lovely site which is kept so clean, the shower room is the best, great warm showers the so tidy and clean. The lady on her buggy was very helpful with advising us of all the local amenities. I would definitely like to return to Sandy Gulls.

Beautiful sea views from when you drive to site.The site is very clean and toilet and shower facilities spotless. Didn’t use laundry so can’t comment. Great that all water and amenities all together. Will definitely stay again

Our stay at Sandy Gulls was lovely, a peaceful site overlooking the sea and beach. Easy access to take the dogs down to the all year round dog beach. The pitches from 1 - 12 are sloping, so will need levelling ramps, the others did not seem so bad but I believe some used ramps. The facilities are clean, showers were lovely and warm and outside is a dog shower great for washing the sand and salt off the dogs. Being an adult only site during the school holiday made it a perfect stay.

Sea views for everyone and a very short walk to a brilliant beach.
