On arrival we were met by Christine who kindly lent us some ramps as I broke mine while setting up, site is slightly sloped but not something that couldn't be dealt with, the pitches are large and I must say we're very well set out and very very tidy with a fantastic sea view, the shower was warm, plenty of hot water and it was immaculately very very clean, I would have to say the best I have been in. Will definitely be going back to this great site.

Sandy Gulls is a fantastic Adult only caravan site with amazing views of the sea. The facilities are spotless and staff very friendly and helpful. The walk to the beach is only around 10/15 mins and is dog friendly, when you get back to the site there is a warm dig wash to rinse the sand from your dogs paws. The walk into the village was only around 20 mins which is great. The laundry is fantastic too, all in all a wonderful site which we would definitely return to.

Wow what a lovely place and a great experience

First trip out in the new motorhome and we chose this site local to us. Location is amazing, right on the sea Small adults only touring area of 20 pitches. Spotlessly clean washblock. Hardstanding. Friendly warden and lovely and quiet. It’s at the Trimingham end of Mundesley so a little walk to town but definitely be back 👍

Excellent site for visiting the Mundesley Area. Pitches (Hardstanding) are a good size and well be draining. Views of the sea and a short walk for access to the beach. The amenities (showers/toilets/wash basins, etc) are best in the area! 😁

Sandy gulls is without a doubt a fabulous place to stay! We return year after year and the quality of the touring park is kept to an extremely high standard! The facilities are immaculate and kept spotlessly clean! The site has beautiful views of the sea and is the perfect place to relax! We love it and book again every time we visit!! Christine is fantastic and always around to help out and guide you !!

New to the motorhome experience. The park is very friendly and well organised. Greeted at our pitch on arrival and all facilities and local attractions explained. Very clean, tidy and quiet. Plenty of space with fantastic views. We opted for grass with ECH. You will almost certainly need to level your accommodation. We had blocks but were offered use of the sites own should we need them. Walked down to the beach and had a swim. The water rating is very good. Our dog loved playing in the surf. No hesitation in returning

We stay on the adult only touring site, it was fantastic, lovely sea view , short walk to the beach, very friendly lady who met us on arrival, shower block was very spacious, extremely clean. Glad we read everything before we arrived as they do advised blocks for levels, we stayed on hard standing on the back row and certainly needed them, can’t wait to return

We stayed here for 8 nights over the Whitsun Bank holiday week, first time here and over this part of the UK. First impression is good, fabulous location on a cliff top overlooking the sea ( it does get breezy at times ) . We were on hard standing pitch 12 in our MH. A short stroll down to the beach, a good walk 15-20 minutes into the village or catch the bus to Cromer outside the entrance (£3) one way . Pitches could have done with a bit of TLC and a good mowing during our stay. Facilities are excellent, hot showers every time, big and spacious and very clean.
