The best camp site we have ever stayed on, excellent views over the sea. On arrival the gate recognised us and we drove to our pitch and set up the manager came along and collected the remainder of our fee very polite and friendly. The toilet block was always clean and tidy. No need to set up our antenna as it had a central antenna that we just had to plug into. One or two people complained about pitchers not being level, but we had been forewarned in the camp brochure, but it wasn't that bad and leveling was easy. We took the advice in the brochure to bring hard ground pegs. All in all we had a brilliant two weeks holiday and we will definitely be back.

We had a fantastic peaceful time at Sandy gulls. The perfect location which you don't need to stray too far from.Lovely helpful staff and excellent clean facilities.We have booked 2 weeks for next year so there's our recommendation.

Could not have wished for a better experience. From being greeted by Christine and Dougie on arrival, to leaving on my day of departure, I couldn’t fault anything. The shower block was immaculate with plenty of hot water and all the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to return.

Stayed here for 2 nights, my partner was playing in a friendly golf match.Loved the pitch, half grass, half granite chips.Our pitch (14 ) was level, but others needed levellers.Great walks along the beach when the tide is out.Lovely quiet, peaceful site.

Returned here after 8 years and was not disappointed, the site is spotlessly clean and so are toilets and showers.Greeted by the lovely, friendly Christine with our welcome pack.The interactive board was amazing with all the info we needed regarding the local area/ bus times etc. Big bonus that Sandy Gulls is adult only, easy access to the beach and the hard standing makes a massive difference.Hopefully will be returning in September.

Great location, We were greeted by member of staff very friendly at our pitch explained everything about the campsite and where the facilities were . Toilets and showers were very clean . Tidy and quiet site. Coastal walks from campsite . There is an interactive board so you get local information .We had a great stay and definitely would return .

We were in our motorhome, two of us and our dog.Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Great sea views with motorhome on hardstanding and awning over grass.About a 25 min walk into Mundesley....with a dog. Quiet resort which suits us.Lovely shorter walks from the site on the cliff top paths.Showers and toilets were gpod and very clean.Would definitely return.

From the minute you enter the site, your greeted by a lovely lady, who welcomed us and gave us our free goodie bag which wasn’t expected but our two dogs loved the treats.It really was a very quiet, friendly and clean site, we will 100% be rebooking . We stayed at pitch no 28 and it really couldn’t have been better.
