We had a lovely warm welcome from the site. Our pitch was number 12 and was quite spacious. The weather wasn’t great when were there in March. It’s a bit of a trek to the facilities but worth it. The shower block was clean and warm. There’s a dog wash too! We overlooked the sea and it’s on a cliff top. About an 8 minute stroll to the beach below on a narrow, safe road. The beach is sandy and pebbly and dog friendly. It’s about a 20 minute walk along the road to Mundesley, a little more by beach. The local shop is 7 mins away and easy to get to. A warm welcome and it sells most things. The bus stop is by the shop. We ate at The Ship. It was very tasty. It was recommended to try The Haig if we wanted a drink. Looking forward to go back in warmer weather and would definitely recommend the site.

Sandy Gulls is the perfect place to stay,it is a beautiful site, always clean and very tidy.

Location Location Location !! great spot wonderful ocean views. Received a very friendly greeting upon arrival and was given a lovely welcome pack including local info, a sticker and a tea towel. The site is spotlessly clean, the amenities are 5 star with clean, hot showers that don't have those annoying buttons to press every 5 seconds. WiFi signal excellent averaging around 30m/s. 15 min walk to the local village town of Mundesley which is very quaint and has excellent ocean views.All in all a great stay I will definitely be back, hopefully when it's not snowing !!

We absolutely love Sandy Gulls! The pitches are roomy. The showers are immaculate and pristine. We were greeted by a lovely helpful lady who gave us all local information. The views are spectacular. Cannot recommend highly enough and it’s definitely one of our top five in the UK to stay at!!

Great location and access to the beach for the dogs without going on any roads. Clean spacious facilities. Pitches not very level but now we have a levelling system it doesn’t matter to us .

Very friendly, shower blocks very clean,

The showers are incredible with two shower heads, cubicles are massive with a bench to sit on when dressing. The whole area in the toilet/shower block was beautifully clean. The only downside was that there was no heating which in November made it rather a chilly experience! Every aspect of the site had been planned to make life easy for a camping unit. Water was on a hosepipe reel which stretched to most pitches. Although it didn’t quite reach the water inlet on our motorhome, it made refilling a much easier process. There was even a motorhome grey water waste to drive over. So good to see full recycling facilities were available.The welcome was friendly and relaxed. Pitches are well spaced out. As our camping electric kettle had recently stopped working, we had to make do with a regular kettle which needed juggling with the other power demands to avoid tripping the electric. All things considered we had a great 5 night stay. Adults only was a bonus.

Loved this site, very well laid out with everything you need. Winter camping at it's best. Would love to come here in summer sometime.
