Despite being the very end of the season we were meet at our pitch and we were offered a move to be nearer the facilities. The facilities on the the site are first class and the best showers we have had in 5 years of motor homing. (hope the temperature and water power are as good when the site is busy)! There is a very good dog friendly pub in walking distance from the site and although we didn't go far we know there is lots to do in the close vicinity of the site. Each pitch is well set out with a good view of the sea and access to motorhome facilities from your site is a bonus.

We stayed there in our touring caravan, weather threw everything at us, wind, rain, snow etc. but still enjoyed it. Shower and toilet facilities are excellent, but a bit of a hike from where we were, but we knew this. The Ship Inn was excellent for takeaways. Our only concern would be that it is very difficult to get hold of anyone to do with the site, you can’t ring and leave a msge, which we did twice, but no one got back to us on either occasion. But apart from that a great time.

It was a last minute decision to go to this site to meet friends - and I am so glad we did as this site is a lovely little gem. Ok they don’t have children on this site - and to be honest I didn’t mind either way. Christine(Site Manager) greeted us and informed us of the set up - everything is accessible from drawing fresh water to emptying dirty waste. The site is open and so clean - I was totally impressed with the ladies toilet/showers - this was accessed by your own key code and immediately the lovely colour to the clean fresh smell (and 2 different shower heads static or mobile) loved this idea💜💜I have been to a lot of caravan sites but this has to be at the top for location and facilities - overall a lovely little gem

We stay at Sandy Gulls every year late season, always a lovely welcome, this year was cold and windy but the fantastic views make up for that Great site very clean

Restful, quiet location. Lots of walks via the coastal path or directly on the beach, tide permitting. Facilities are clean and well maintained. Bring your ramps though! Great local getaway when a lot of campsites in Norfolk are closed for the season.

Very quite site lovely spacious shower and toilet block. Lovely views. Lots of nice walks. Shops within walking Distance

This really is an excellent site. Our pitch was right on the cliff edge looking straight out to sea. The facilities are excellent and immaculate, as well as being lovely and warm in the shower block in mid November. We found the personal touches over and above anything we've experienced on any other site we've visited. Great pub with the best fish and chips about a mile down the road. The bus stops just outside the site and goes to Cromer (dog friendly on the bus, too). We can't wait to be back!

Very friendly site very clean toilet and shower block site it self kept very smart no litter grass kept mowed and overall very good site warden very friendly and on the ball security good and website very good we had a lovely stay thank you we will return 👍

Fantastic site in an amazing location. The facilities are brilliant, lovely & warm with plenty of hot water. The views are brilliant. Great welcome with lots of local info available. Wi-fi if you need to stay in touch which is pretty good too. Fabulous value for money with lots of brilliant walking, a dog friendly beach & on a bus route to lots of places in the area. We will be back.
