we stayed with you a few years ago it was a free for all to get a pitch now it is great well laid out hard standing pitchs very clean and great amenities top site will be back

Lovely quiet site and adults only. Facilities very good, clean and tidy. Campsite warden very happy on arrival and nothing was a problem, a lovely welcome. Pitches a little uneven in both directions and tight to manoeuvre into with the grass banks in front. Very nice site and would go back.

Good adult only site , although we were pre warned the hardstanding pitches are quite sloping , wifi is available, but slow , toilets and showers are superb , the same with the grey and black water station , but the drains on the motorhome service station were blocked , overall its a high spec site helped by being adults only , thanks

The cleanliness was excellent in the shower toilet block and heated. The touring park was in a superb spot overlooking the sea. A lovely welcome pack with treats for our dog a nice touch. A bus stop closeby which we went to Cromer.

We stayed for 4 nights in September on pitch 3.Loved having a sea view from the caravan. Pitch 3 isn't suitable for an awning as its on a slope, you need chocks and blocks for the jockey wheel.The shower and toilet facilities are very good and were spotlessly clean.There is a shop around a 10 minute walk from the site and it is around a mile into the village, further to the sea front area and the pub.It was quite windy up on the cliff top at times which is to be expected but challenging if you want to use an awning or sun shade.There is direct access to the beach and you can walk along the cliff top.

Hard standing was a wrong choice for us. Nowhere for the dog to relax and hard underfoot. . Disappointing as some of the other types of pitches had double the room with grass which would have been better . The welcome was excellent and Christine was lovely and efficient. I would dispute the 'easy Access ' to the beach it may be for a mountain goat but for an older person with a painful hip , no way. The facilities were superb and could not be faulted I really appreciated the interactive board near the shower block as it answered lots of our questions. An excellent site which was good value for money and I would recommend it to others.

Everything was perfect

We stayed at Sandy Gulls on pitch number 13 in September 2024. Many pitches need levelling chocks but 13 was level enough for us to not need them. Wonderful view, well kept site and amazing shower block a short walk away. The shower block is huge, bright and spotless. Each of the 3 shower cubicles has a choice of height adjustable riser shower or a fixed shower head with press button activation. The cubicles were big with hooks for clothes and towels and a bench/stool to sit on or put your shower things on. The showers were powerful with lots of hot water. The site staff were very helpful - we thought we had run out of gas on our last morning and they were able to sell us a bottle (turns out we probably hadn’t run out but had a problem with our gas regulator - to be investigate They have a buggy to get around the site which was very useful for transporting the empty and full gas bottles. It’s about a mile into Mundesley - we walked there. Would definitely go to Sandy Gulls again!
