On arrival at the site, we found our pitch, with big motorhome, pitch 8, very sloping forwards and sideways, was difficult to get chocks under, due to the limited space behind us. Cant fault the showers and toilets, fabulous, and the views were great, Owner came to check on us and gave us an information pack. We did struggle with the "lilt" on the van but the site was great apart from some dog owners with "yappy" dogs - it was constant starting early morning and non stop, Lovely site would love to come back but would book a front row pitch which are level. thanks for a great weekend.

Sandy gulls is in an excellent location for getting out and about on local transport if you don’t want to use your own vehicle. Bus stop just 200 yards down the road from the campsite. Local shops within a short walk. Pub with dining and takeaway options just 15 minutes walk as is the small village. Site facilities are top notch with excellent showers and toilets. 5 stars

Beautiful site with some gorgeous views of the sea. Site very clean throughout. Shower blocks immaculate with lovely pressure of hot water in showers. Very friendly staff offering lots of information and recommendations of things to do. Great access to local bus service (we did not use the car to travel anywhere). Very quiet site which was a treat only downside was a few pitches moved in between their stay but I guess this was down to logistics and allocations. Pitches a great size, well maintained and spaced out well so everyone gets a view of the sea. Everyone very respectful and friendly too. Lots of pampered pooches to fuss. We thorough enjoyed our stay even though the weather was wet most of the time, but as caravaners we are used to it in the uk. Thank you Sandy Gulls

I really enjoyed my stay. I used as usual my own facilities but thought the facility block was a fair walk from the touring pitch and particular my pitch. The welcom was excellent and the views and especially the wonderful dog walk.

The views are fantastic, the bathrooms are some of the nicest I’ve ever seen and very clean. The site is peaceful even when full. We have just booked a third trip as we love it here. The beach is dog friendly as is the site. We had a warm welcome on arrival and can’t wait to come back.

Sandygulls is a very well kept site with immaculate shower and toilet facilities in a beautiful location overlooking the North Sea. There are lots of places to explore within a reasonable driving distance.Our recent visit was our 3rd holiday here even though it's a 7 hour drive towing a caravan to get there. On the first 2 occasions we enjoyed great weather but this last time we had strong wind and heavy rain which spoiled our stay but obviously not the fault of management who are extremely helpful. We would strongly recommend this site and as it's become so popular booking well in advance is recommended.

Beautiful quiet clean dog friendly site. Each pitch has a view and you can hear the sea lapping in the morning and evening it's beautiful. A 2 minute drive to a dog friendly beach.Facilities are super clean. Already booked for next year. Highly recommend trying this site
