Very easy to find. Lovely location, beautiful beach with a nice pub/ restaurant at the end of it.Thank goodness for the reception staff because I’d never have been able to navigate the electricity app.There is a very nice facilities block however it is solar powered so if it’s an early shower you want it would be a cold one. The club house was very popular with guests for meals and drinks so booking would be recommended.We stayed in the Dunes for touring caravans during Storm David. There was a power malfunction but it was speedily rectified. Overall a great holiday weekend.

A regular stop off in our motorhome. The site is a very short walk to the long stretch of sandy beach. There is a clubhouse which serves lovely breakfasts, pizza and snacks. Highly recommended is the Scottish breakfast, all of which is high standard, good local produce. We used the shower amenities, which are exceptionally clean. A short walk to the local village is a must for the local hotel/pub the Tigg. The post office/shop is an Aladdins Cave from food, hardware, light bulbs and much more. A few miles away is Logan Botanical Gardens ,which is amazing. Port Logan and it's Fish pond is worth a visit too.

The perfect location for peace and quiet. With a gorgeous beach within a 2 minute walk. Quality food served in the Lighthouse with a takeaway service Clean facilities. Accommodation cosy and kitted out with all the essentials.Walking distance to local facilities.

Great site in a fantastic location situated on the edge of a wonderful beach and within ten minutes walk into the village of Sandhead, which has a well stocked village store. Fully serviced well kept pitches at very competitive prices and spotlessly clean toilets and showers.The Lighthouse bar and restaurant serves great food and drinks at reasonable prices(pizza’s and steak pie to die for) Very friendly staff nothing is too much trouble. Loads to see within a short drive like Port Logan, the Lighthouse at the Mull of Galloway and plenty of shops and supermarkets in Stranraer.This is probably one of the best sites we have stayed on hence the reason we go here a couple of times each year

This was our first time staying but definitely will not be our last, site was lovely, toilets and facilities for motorhome was spot on. Staff were extremely helpful when I approached them.Our dogs loved the miles of sand to run on.Beautiful part of the world and as we still have so much to see, I have already booked for another stay

Brilliant stay on the Dunes at Luce Bay, enjoyed the food in the Lighthouse. The site is located literally on the beach and is really clean and quiet. The farm has Alpacas which are friendly and inquisitive. We will be back.

This site is excellent, easy to find and in a fantastic location. Our pitch was right on the beach front, with amazing views. The on site facilities are also very clean and fresh. The on site Lighthouse Bar and Restaurant is well stocked with an excellent choice of reasonably priced drinks and delicious food, There is a local bus stop just outside the main gate if needed. The whole site gives really great value for money.

Excellent weekend kitesurfing in the bay and excellent food, drink and entertainment in the evening also. Stayed in my van on the hook up and the facilities were perfect.

Another lovely week spent at Sands of Luce, this was our 6th year visiting. Lovely site, toilets and showers are spotless. Just a minutes walk to the beach and you can walk for miles. Our two spaniels love it. Having The Lighthouse Restaurant is a bonus, delicious food served daily. Live entertainment and quiz nights too.
