We are a multi award winning family-run park providing the ultimate beachside holiday experience. The park provides a number of different holiday options from luxury rental holiday caravans with far reaching views over Luce Bay as well as beach side camping and fully serviced touring pitches.

Our newly refurbished 5 star washroom and laundry facility have made Sands of Luce one of the most highly regarded parks in Scotland. Our modern first class facilities have been designed to provide the utmost in comfort and enjoyment for our guests.

Looking for more comfort? Try one of our all new 2017 model luxury holiday homes. For our 2017 season they enjoy an enviable beachside where you can enjoy views over the bay on to The Mull of Galloway, The Isle of Man and the Galloway Hills.

Our guests also love our modern family friendly bar. We serve great coffee and pride ourselves on our breakfasts and stone baked pizza. Enjoy a local beer and unwind with some quality live music.

Rent one of our ten luxury holiday homes and we will give you the choice of two or three bedroom units sleeping up to six people. Our holiday homes are all less than two seasons old and have plenty of space for you to enjoy.

All holiday homes are fully equipped to a high standard including LCD High Definition digital TV's with DVD player, oven, fridge freezer, micro-wave, toaster, kettle and all the utensils you would need for a self catered stay. All holiday homes are double-glazed and have central heating so no need to worry about the cooler months. The rental holiday homes are all sited together in a sheltered part of the site, only a minute's stroll to the golden sand and close to all facilities’.

We only accept Saturday arrivals for 7 night bookings. Short stays are possible (throughout low season) for 3 nights Friday-Monday and 4 nights Monday-Friday. During Easter we accept 8 Night stays, arriving Friday 3rd April.

* Easy to book (touring pitch). * Friendly helpful staff. * The Dunes Touring Pitches are a Gem. Great views , level , all serviced with electricity , fresh and grey water. Nearby well maintained facilities , toilets , showers , dish washing ,tank disposal and laundry. * On site restaurant with great service and value for money. Fun quiz night. * Sands of Luce Holiday Park is a well placed base for exploring the Mull of Galloway and surrounding area. Great beach walks from site and area is dark enough at night to get a wonderful view of the night sky.Looking forward to staying again next season and would definitely recommend staying here.

Staff were great and the restaurant was 10/10. Toilet block was very cold, and disappointing that there were no hairdryers in the men's toilets, only the women's.

The pitch we had was a view of the sea and I. Oils just watch my husband kite surf from the motorhome .

This is an excellent campsite can’t fault anything ,staff , food in restaurant excellent and location was perfect for our stay , grounds and amenities spotless and well kept . We will definitely be back and hopefully for a longer stay .

A well cared for site. The motor home facilities were adequate, hard standing instead of gravel would have helped on such a wet weekend. But we were more than satisfied with friendly staff and a great restaurant. You were all very accommodating.

As people have stated before, additional dog waste bins are required. Definitely one next to The Dunes Touring Area, as most people who have tourers have dogs.Overall this a great site, easy access to beach and nearby village of Sandhead.
