This property will sleep up to 8 people in four generously sized bedrooms. Featuring 1 super king, 2 king and a twin bedroom with house bathroom upstairs. Each bedroom has a TV and DVD player. Downstairs features a large sitting room with log burner and TV. There is also a spacious dining room and a kitchen with everything you need. There is also a shower room and loo and 2 utility rooms with a washer dryer. Outside there is a 1/2 acre garden, fenced off which is all yours to enjoy, with a large outdoor hot tub.

Ribblesdale Park is very excited to announce that on the 1st July 2016 the renovation of Stables House was completed and it is now open. Situated on the Estate above the River Ribble, in an Area of Outstanding National Beauty, it was built in the 1800’s.

It features; 6 bedrooms (sleeps 12), exposed oak beams, log burner, bar and pool room, range cooker, open plan kitchen and dining area (seats 14), surround sound downstairs, free WiFi, 12 person hot tub, large enclosed garden. Located next to Outdoor Pool Area.

The picturesque Riverside House sits on the banks of Stock Beck looking down towards the River Ribble. If you want to live in nature for a few days, listening to the water and watching the deer graze or kingfishers whizz by then this is about as perfect and romantic a location imaginable. Included in the house is a spacious master suite with dressing room & en-suite bathroom. The 2 additional bedrooms are a twin room and a double room. Downstairs boasts a large, fully equipped kitchen, dining room with seating for 8, 2 living rooms (each with TV) and a large conservatory that overlooks the river. There is a gas fire in each living room. Outside is a 4 man hot tub on a decked area with views down to the river. The house sits surrounded by mown lawn that feathers into the river and a large gravel parking area.

This house with a large sumptuous hot tub has just been newly refurbished and decorated to a high standard.

Featuring one master bedroom with a king bed, and a smaller second bedroom with a large bunk bed suitable for 2 kids max. In-between both bedrooms is the bathroom with bath with shower over and heated floor. This property can max only sleeps 2 adults and 2 kids. Not 3 adults.

Downstairs is an open plan kitchen / dining area, lounge, fully equipped for your self catering stay with us.

Walking distance to Ribblesdale and also the village of Gisburn.
