We stayed for two nights during our journey to the Highlands; the site is well-maintained and the pitches are adequately sized. My only concern pertains to the shower facilities, which lack sufficient water pressure and operate on a push-button timer.

Great site in a great place

Stayed here for a long weekend. We booked to go to a gig at the OVO and this campsite was in a great place to get a train into the city.Well laid out pitches, clean and tidy grounds. Toilets and showers were fine. Cleaned regularly and plenty of hot water. Pub in walking distance but only a Chinese takeaway nearby for food. Co-op in walking distance for groceries.Train 15 mins walk with a regular service into Glasgow Queen Street in the centre. Last train back is 11:55 and 11 on a Sunday.

The City of Plymouth Pipe band thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Red Deer Village Holiday Park across 3 Chalets, they where all clean, tidy and well presented upon arrival and had plenty of access space for all of out vehicles. We had some minor issues which where resolved very quickly by the very friendly staff. The surrounding area was good for us to practice in and the locals where delighted to see us performing. We became well acquainted with the local pub and Café however found it very easy to get around ether by driving or by the train at the station that was a short walk away.

Everything okay, pitches (with grass) excellent, showers could be cleaner and bigger (cue in front of the only bigger shower). We were adequately informed by mail in advance but when we arrived it felt as we were disturbing the lady in the office. Saw no staff except the really friendly and helpful guys working on the premises.Easy to visit Glasgow from here! We would Return.Booking in advance seems to be important!

Had a lovely time recently at Red Deer Holiday Park. Everything we needed in the caravan, very clean and the park was impeccable. The service from staff was fantastic and the security with key boxes and code for the gate meant we could get into our caravan at any time. Amazing.
