Excellent accommodation finished to a very high standard. The hot tub was very clean and well maintained. Facilities close by if wanted. Would definitely return and recommend. The onlyDown side is the 10am checkout - 10.30 would be great lol.

This place was perfect. Great accomadation great communication great advice onnwhere to visit. Only a 15 minute drive to blackpool town centre. I booked 3 lodges and all 3 were superb. It was a quiet period socwe were upgraded in 2 lodges.. thanks for letting us build good memories..

Booked a last minute stay here and from the start there was great communication from staff. Upon arrival we had a warm welcome and were given all the information we needed. The site itself is so relaxing, we are a young family and the kids loved watching the lake activities during the day and the lovely bar at night gave such great atmosphere. We stayed in the geodome and were blown away with it! The decor and comfort were unlike anywhere we’ve stayed before. We’re made up to have found a hidden gem and can’t wait to return and hopefully bring more family to experience.

On arrival log cabin was wow and still is in my opinion. Can’t fault the actual cabin itself On closer inspection very disappointed as for 3 nights I paid £1995 I could have booked a week abroad all inc for that . Was like cobweb cottage and dirty, decking area was filthy, decking area lights not working which I reported and was told nothing could be done .. should have been. Heck before we got there .Oven filthy, log work in the cabin all dusty, floor dirty and vacuum they had didn’t pick up , stiff patio doors , radiators filthy … to be completely honest we feel we should be offered a part refund but that won’t happen .. lady on reception very pleasant .. rust on kitchen table which is really bad and you can smell it not to mention not hygienic not much on site but didn’t go for that anyway as Blackpool not too far .. really needs a regular clean and regular maintenance as could be really special .. please see pictures

A bank holiday getaway with the family,a three night Bank Holiday stay,very competitive priced. We stayed after been recommended by friends who'd stayed before,we as a family (2 adults 2 kids) loved the weekend away. The staff, grounds and facilities were brilliant and well kept, throughly cleaned daily.We will be returning in the near future.

Site was lovely and had a great time with friends but needs to sort out the electric points as we had to move after we set up because there was no electric working and the showers was cold but hot first thing in the morning and at midday they were cold.

Stayed with friends. Great service, lovely location,clean lodge that is well stocked and overlooked the lake. Hot tub. Was really nice and having the pub/cafe on site was convenient and a great spot on a sunny afternoon. Would definitely return.

We stay in the north west all the time and have stayed nearby many times. I came across RH on booking.com Our lodge was fantastic, clean, spacious and so comfortable. The staff on sits county be more friendly and helpful. We loved the water park and used it many times. The on site café bar (although pricey) was really handy. We will 💯 be back!

Perfect location, lovely lake side view and perfect distance to Blackpool.However the quality of the lodge was a real shame, holes in carpets, and the most uncomfortable bed id ever slept in.Disgusting smell from dish washer and the top rack kept falling out, all doors made noise when opening and closing, shower over the bath poured water from the connection. The living room tvs picture was blue.This lodge was listed a luxury, and we thought we were paying for luxury but in truth it didn't feel luxury at all

Campsite had great facilities all very clean. Ideal location. Great cafe bar at Finns cafe overlooking the lake. We had a fully serviced pitch which was a lovely size for what we needed.
