Another great holiday at Porthtowan Tourist Park. The site is very clean and constantly kept thus way by the owners and their team.The owners and their team are very friendly and work tirelessly to keep standards at exceptional level.We have already booked for next year!

Fantastic site, glorious weather and a perfect week of relaxation. The site is ideally situated for walking, cycling, swimming and socialising. There are supermarkets nearby and it is a 5 minute drive from the A30 if you want to explore the rest of Cornwall. The campsite itself is spotless, the cleanest and tidiest I have ever stayed at. There is a mixture of families and couples, caravans, campers and tents.The owners and staff were friendly, chatty, helpful and always tending to the site. I can't recommend highly enough, there is no need to look any further......this is the campsite you should book! Thank you to Andy and family for another lovely week.

First impressions were positive and these were supplemented by a friendly welcome. The park is very well maintained and kept very clean and tidy. The children’s play areas and games room are safe and of good quality and size. Facilities are very clean and the showers are a good size. There appeared to be adequate number despite the park being busy. Pitches are flat and a good size. Look out for wildlife to watch as brave bunnies come to say hello. The park is well located but I would not recommend walking far on the road as there is no footpath. We would not hesitate to recommend staying here.

Superb team who are always looking to help. I’ve never known such a considerate family, nothing too much trouble. It’s clean it’s tidy, there’s nothing they haven’t thought about and it’s so close to Porthtowan beach which is amazing when the tide is out.

Had a fantastic 3-night stay at Porthtowan Tourist Park with the family. Excellent location with easy access to the beach, and especially family-friendly for those with young children. The showers, toilets and other facilities were very clean and well maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. We absolutely enjoyed our stay and had a great time exploring Cornwall. We’ll definitely be visiting again!

We found Porthtowan Tourist Park to be a very clean, well-kept peaceful and friendly place to stay. All the pitches are a good size and very flat, which is great if you are using a tent. The onsite shop was very useful and the pizzas from the Wednesday pizza van were delicious. We did some lovely coastal walks directly from the campsite but drove to the beach, as even walking a mile to Porthtowan beach seemed a long way when carrying a lot of beach gear. Overall, the campsite is a very relaxing place to stay and is a short drive from many gorgeous beaches and not far from many places of interest.

We have stayed at Porthowan Tourist Park for a 6 days, it was an amazing, so nice, clean, colourful place. My little 5 years daughter loved so much great playground, spend there so much time and made a nice friends :) All owners are lovely, polite, helpful people . Area so nice , great trees around, flowers 🌺 Beautiful, tiny rabbits around to 🙂Toilets has been clean very often and keep clean all the time, area for washing plates very tidy.The nearest beach is 2/3 min driving but we spend time on 4 different, lovely beaches. Had also a nice, long walk from camping to beach so could see beautiful cliffs :) Can say it was our the most greatest camping but we have been many times in other places.Recommending for family like also others.Thank you for made our short holiday so nice.Aneta and Family

This is a great site close to Porthtowan beach, ideal for surfers etc. It has full service grass and granite chip pitches. We were in one of the pitches set well inside the site, but I understand that some of the pitches closer to road entry did have some road noise.Toilets and showers worked well and were very clean. Dishwashing and laundry also good. Games room and play area for kids as well as a small shop for basic provisions during early morning and late afternoon opening hours.Dogs welcome with an allocated area on site, but plenty of off site walking opportunities nearby.

Our stay at Porthtowan tourist park has been one of the best holidays we’ve had, from start to finish everything was amazing, all the staff were so friendly and welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. The facilities were beautiful and clean and of the very highest quality. It’s our first stay there and we’ve booked again for next year, top marks 10 out of 10. Kevan & Valerie Norbury

I was surprised how lovely & clean this site was and how friendly & helpful the staff are! I never leave reviews but I was thoroughly impressed with the hygiene standards of the showers and toilets and grounds, it was amazing clean.Normally I would cringe using a shower in other place but I didn’t mind using theirs at all, it a nice powerful shower with its own cubicle and dressing area.There was no rubbish anywhere and the whole site was like a lovely garden with gravel paths & a good sized park for the kids a free pool table with ping pong table for the family’s. There were plenty of leaflets for visiting places & there is a beautiful beach just down the road & an easy key fob for getting in and out of the site with a respectful shut off of noise by 11pm. It also has a good little shop for supplies or food with a small amount of fresh snacks and drinks for people staying there. They really do go that extra mile to cover everything for a good stay.I felt completely safe there.
