They do slope so please bring your chocks or levellers. The pitches do vary in size so please make our Customer Care team aware if you have an exceptionally large vehicle. You must bring your own tourer. Only 1 motorhome, or 1 campervan, or 1 touring caravan attached to 1 car, and up to 2 adults & 2 children are included in the price. Awnings are permitted, including drive-away awnings. Tents and gazebos are strictly not permitted. There is a maximum of 6 people per pitch. Up to 2 dogs on leads are welcome for £4.00 per night per dog. For motorhomes over 8m long please call before booking.

Sea View Campervan Pitches

These grass pitches are for small campervans and motorhomes only, up to a maximum of 6m in length. They are unallocated and are situated just outside the Holiday Park, at the rear of the public car park for Durdle Door beach. No Wi-Fi is available on the pitches. Please note that in peak times the car park will be busy. Our Sea View grass pitches are set on a significant slope so you will need to bring your own chocks or levellers with you. There is an electric hook-up. There is a water point and grey waste disposal to the rear of the pitches. The showers and toilets are a 400m walk from the pitches. Awnings are permitted however they must not be left unattended on your pitch. Tents, trailer tents and gazebos are strictly not permitted. There is a maximum of 6 people per pitch. Up to 2 dogs on leads are welcome for £4.00 per night per dog.

Situated in the west courtyard and adjoining the fitness and recreation barn this beautifully styled cottage is ideal for two. With its spacious open plan living area and full length glazed windows and doors onto the courtyard, it is light and welcoming. The bedroom shares the same fully glazed aspect over the courtyard. Outdoors there is a sitting area which captures the late afternoon and early evening sunshine. Well-behaved dogs welcome.

No 8 Coastguard Cottage sits in a particularly accessible part of the Jurassic Coast – just a couple of minutes stroll from Lulworth Cove with simply breathtaking views of England’s only natural World Heritage Site. The picturesque village of West Lulworth, the extraordinary features of Stair Hole, the Fossil Forest, Lulworth Crumple and the iconic rock arch of Durdle Door are all within walking distance and linked using the South West Coast Path. There’s history, action sports, safe beaches, glorious walks and charming places to eat and drink right on your doorstep.

No8 has three bedrooms: 1 king-size, 1 single, 1 twin (ground floor). Two bathrooms: one with shower and WC on the first floor. Another with a bath and WC on the ground floor.

Spring Cottage

Just 200m from Lulworth Cove, this quirky and charming C18th cottage is a lovely, little coastal retreat. Relax in the garden with a book, stroll to the beach for an ice cream or get out onto the Jurassic Coast and explore the great outdoors.

Characterful and full of period features, including a thatched roof and huge inglenook fireplace, it also offers a small front garden next to the crystal clear spring it is named after.

Other amenities include welcome basket, off-road parking, bed linen, towels, central heating and wifi. Electricity and calls to local numbers are included in the cost of your stay. Please be aware that due to its period features the staircase is quite steep and unsuitable for small children or those who are unsteady on their feet.

Well-behaved dogs welcome. Please let us know if you would like to bring your dog and we will provide dog bowls, towel and doggy bags.

The Lindens sleeps 18, and with gracious high ceilings, open fires, wooden flooring and coastal art, it’s one of Dorset’s hidden treasures. Ready to relax or entertain, the scale and grandeur of the house may take your breath away, yetmanages to instil a cosy tranquillity where all can feel comfortable and at home.

The house has a magnificent entrance with a suite of reception rooms ready to give your guests a wonderful and warm welcome. The large Drawing Room has delightful views over the beautifully maintained garden, and the French windows of the Garden Room open directly onto the south-facing lawn.

The luxurious Kitchen is well-appointed with a large island, natural stone flooring (with under floor heating) and is equipped with both an AGA and large range cooker. The triple aspect space of the Breakfast Area is full of light overlooking the garden and provides the perfect space to start your day. The Dining Room sets the scene for the most spectacular of meals, a room with beautiful parquet flooring and a large sophisticated oak table ready for all to dine and celebrate.

The two stair cases lead to the lavish bedrooms of The Lindens, passing cases of books with many a title perfect for bed time reading. The house has nine luxurious bedrooms, three with ensuite bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms make up a sumptuous suite, ideal for a family, teenagers, or four children together. The suite can also be used as separate rooms. Beds are all superkingin size with some that can be made into twin beds to ensure total flexibility.

The Family Room is fun and full of comfort, allowing for children to play at their hearts content – perfect for when the adults are cooking or after some quiet time! Stepping over from the main terrace is the Games Room, set in a wonderfully converted Coach House where children of all ages can enjoy a vast range of toys, games and activities. We are delighted to present our new range of glamping accommodation - Shepherds Huts. Our Shepherds Huts can be found nestled in the Rookery Camping Area, and offer accommodation for up to 4 people. This is comprised of one King Size Bed and a Double Sofa Bed. Our Shepherd Huts have some added comforts compared to conventional glamping, including a TV and underfloor heating.
