Local bus so useful stops outside
We have stayed several timer at Lleithyr Farm always have had a great welcome, very clean site facilities are very clean. St Davids is a lovely city with a lot of history the beaches and scenery are amazing. If I was to make a suggestion ,it would be the following: Introduce some hardstanding pitches: Regarding shower facilities make changes to the payment facility as I couldnt get change anywhere so maybe use card
Thank you for your review and suggestions.Changing the coin operated showers to accept card payments isn't something we're considering in the foreseeable future. Doing so would increase costs for both ourselves and for campers - and we'd rather stay committed to keeping camping as affordable as possible. During your stay, the shop/reception area was open 12 hours a day, and we'd have been happy to help you out by providing change.
My husband was taken unwell so had to leave sooner than planned . We enjoyed the site and all it offers and the beach and St David’s
We keep returning to Lleithyr Farm as each and every time we have a perfect stay. Walking from site, the choices are endless - along the lanes into St Davids, or down to Whitesands beach, or out onto the headland, or linking up with the coastal path. big skies and wild flowers in every direction. Early mornings are quiet and peaceful, with nothing to hear except for birdsong. Throughout the day the small bus picks up at the site, then follows a circular route locally, with a choice of locations to head for, start and stop from. This May we had 10 nights with light winds, lots of sun and only one slightly damp evening. Perfect weather to enjoy it all, but even when the weather is less settled this location is definitely to be enjoyed.
would always try and stay at lleithyr .farm when coming to Pembrokeshire it has everything you need for a brilliant holiday
Lovely flat field for tourers and motorhomes, with great views and easy walk to St David’s or Whitesands beach, or you can use the Celtic Coast minibus from the gate for £2pp. Shower block clean and well provided (with everyone moving to card payments we struggled to find 20p’s for the shower but the water was hot and 4 mins allowed should be adequate for anyone to shower). We were there in mid-May so the season has not really started yet and understandably with relatively few people about stocks of fresh food in the shop were low so we never got to try the fresh bakery but maybe next time.
As above. We will definitely be back
Stayed for a long weekend over bank holiday. Children loved the animals and having the space to play. Fantastic bus service which picks you up outside the entrance which goes around the st davids peninsula and very reasonable cost. Will definitely be returning.
