A serene holiday park in the midst of the stunning Yorkshire Dales, Langcliffe Park offers a tranquil escape amidst the breathtaking landscapes of the much-loved National Park. Encompassing 841 square miles, the Yorkshire Dales National Park boasts 1,633 miles of footpaths, abundant flora and fauna, and captivating views of the unique 'Dales' terrain, making it a coveted destination for those seeking respite from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.
Unlike many holiday parks, Langcliffe Park distinguishes itself by embracing quietude. Devoid of a bar, restaurant, or entertainment facilities, it serves as a haven for relaxation and a strategic base for planning exciting adventures within the expansive National Park. While it radiates tranquillity, the park is far from isolated, conveniently located just a five-minute drive from the A65 and a pleasant 15-minute stroll from the historic market town of Settle.
Settle itself offers an array of amenities, including cafes, restaurants, shops, fuel stations, and entertainment options, ensuring that visitors have easy access to necessities and diversions.
Langcliffe Park provides over 30 pitches for those eager to explore the beauty of the Yorkshire Dales. The National Park, with its distinctive landscape, offers a myriad of possibilities for exploration, encouraging repeat visits from satisfied patrons. The park is specifically designed to cater to couples and families rather than large groups, emphasizing a peaceful atmosphere conducive to fully enjoying the natural wonders surrounding it.
The park offers two types of pitches: 'Standard electric,' equipped with electric hook-ups, and 'Deluxe,' which includes electric hook-ups along with water and waste points. All pitches feature flat, hard-standing surfaces with space for one car and an awning. Many pitches offer stunning views, and returning visitors often request their preferred spots.
Langcliffe Park provides essential facilities to enhance the camping experience. A short distance away, a shower/toilet block offers disabled facilities and free hot showers. Additional amenities include a washing-up area, a chemical toilet disposal point, a motorhome waste emptying point, a recycling area, and a laundrette.
The park is equipped with WiFi, ensuring online access for those who wish to stay connected. Families with children can take advantage of the outdoor play area, while a dedicated 'ball games' area caters to sports enthusiasts. A dog walking field accommodates furry friends, making Langcliffe Park a welcoming destination for pet owners.
In essence, Langcliffe Park stands as a quiet and idyllic base for embarking on a Yorkshire Dales adventure. Its commitment to serenity, coupled with well-appointed facilities and proximity to Settle, makes it an ideal choice for those seeking a peaceful retreat in the heart of nature.

Wonderful surroundings couldnt have asked for a more peaceful site, beautifully kept. Toilets and showers very clean. Only a short stroll, 20 mins, into the town of Settle, coop just as you go in which sells everything you could possibly want. The ladies I spoke to in reception, both on arrival and departure, were lovely, would definitely recommend a stay here.
Have been to Langcliffe a few times now. Its in a lovely location, fantastic walks on the doorstep. The facilities are always spotless and the showers are hot and powerful, the shower block is always warm. The dog field is the best we have found, secure and massive with a wooded area my dog loves! The site is well laid out and spacious, even when full, it doesn't feel crowded. Thankyou Langcliffe Park.
A lovely quiet and well maintained site, in beautiful countryside, with good facilities. No regular bus service passing, so need to walk or drive. Access is along a short stretch of narrow road and one can meet a lorry.
We stayed at Langcliffe Oark for a long weekend and loved every minute (despite the weather). We were a group of 7 of us on 3 pitches, the location is beautiful, staff very friendly and site is perfect. We’ll definitely be returning.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the apartment from start to finish, with the warm welcome from the owner, the clean apartment with more than enough amenities, and excellent Wi-Fi. The park is tastefully decorated. In short: highly recommended.
We only stayed for 2 nights with my 8 year old grandson. We travelled off site to fountains abbey in Ripon. The site is about a 15 minute walk into settle for cafes and shops.
Relaxing break. Site is big but the way they have caravans sited is really good. We were on Heather field, very quite away from the statics. Would recommed this field. Toilet blick very clean. Site well maintain and lots of walks from the site. Also easy to walk into Settle. Lovely waterfall just outside of Settle
Lovely well kept site. Very friendly and helpful staff. All facilities very clean and grounds immaculate. My only slight grumble is the fact the shower block lighting is on sensors/timers so light stays on whilst showering but once you come out of the cubicle the sink area can be dark until you get near the sensor - for me personally I'm not keen on this sort of set up. It doesn't put me off the site but I dont feel happy going to the showers once it gets dark outside.
Very friendly staff. Well laid out campsite with clear signage. All amenities were spotless with plenty of room in shower cubicles and nice hot showers. Easy short walk into town centre.Despite the weather we had a lovely stay
