Good facilities, friendly staff, beautiful location. Enjoyed eating in the restaurant, good food and choice.Lovely walks along the river and waterfalls, very popular with locals. We walked into Settle, were told it was 2miles, certainly further, ground uneven and tricky in places.Went off to Grassington and Skipton. Advise to stay on the main roads, B roads can be very narrow with few passing places!

Absolutely love this site, my first experience of camping was here over 14 years ago, made ne love camping that much am still doing. We did a short 3 night stay to show friends , they loved it and are definitely going to book again. Great site .Pub/ restaurant on site is highly recommended 👌

Beautiful location. Clean facilities and well maintained site. Friendly staff. Great pub. Good play area. Lots of walks from the site. Wild swimming in the river. Settle only 10 minute drive away. We had a lovely weekend and can’t wait to go again.

2 night stay, lovely welcome, there was well maintained toilet block, the site felt spacious and safe and awesome location next to the river and short walk to village

First time at Knights Stainforth. Fabulous setting. Well set out site with great pitch areas for tents, tourers and long stay vans and statics. Right next to river for swimming and a v short drive into Settle. Access road is narrow but managed in minutes.

Wonderful friendly campsite . Could not fault the facilities and right next to a pub serving lovely food. Cleanliness first rate in showers and toilets . Lovely staff . Beautiful river right next door for swimming which we both enjoyed with our dogs .

We stayed in our motorhome. The pitches were large and well spread out. The site also caters for Tents and static caravans but is designed in such a way that you don't feel crammed in or overlooked with plenty of well maintained hedges separating fields.The grounds themselves were immaculate, I've never seen such perfectly cut grass on a site before.There are some lovely walks direct from the site, not least a 2.5 mile riverside walk into Settle. Stainforth Force itself is a 5 minute walk away and has plenty of places to sit and enjoy the scenery.The on-site bar and restaurant was amazing. The food was some of the best we've ever had and is very reasonably priced..

The campsite is very well maintained and very clean and tidy. Scenery gorgeous. Good walks around.Pitches are not very level so chocks required. Toilets very clean and tidy but only 3 showers so wonder what it will be like in a really busy period.Pub at top of road exceptional. Food amazing and lots of it.We had a great stay, staff all very friendly and welcoming. Will definitely return.

We stayed for 3 nights during a heat wave. Communication before arrival was great. We received a warm welcome and were directed to our very ample pitch. The site is very well set out with large, pitches that have plenty of space between them.The site is very peaceful the facilities are plentiful with the toilet block being exceptionally clean.We are at the Knights Table where the food and service was fantastic. It is also great value. All staff were very friendly.There is plenty of walking straight from the site with easy access to the river. Settle is only an hours walk down the river.We loved our stay and have already recommended the site to friends.Chris and all the people at Knight Hall should be very proud of what they provide.
