We had a 3 night stay Sat - Tues.It was extremely busy on arrival and like lots of sites, not a lot of room between pitches. Kettlewell campsite is a relatively small field surrounded by beautiful scenery encased with a lovely traditional stone wall. Mainly level , well maintained grass.Sunday am the site emptied to leave a more spacious feel .Facilities are good and also well maintained. Easy level walk into village and easy to moderate accessible walks from the site in all directions. Great for walkers and dog owners. Very nice.

Excellent facilities, friendly staff, beautiful setting. Local pubs g and cafes all lovely. Visited Grassington, and local caves both well worth a visit. Can recommend Celias pizzeria in nearby Starbottom.

This was our second stay at Kettlewell Campsite.We could have the same spot as the first time, without hook up, which looked at the rocky dale in front of the campsite.The shower/toilet facilities were clean. And we liked the fact there were recyclable bins.The campsite is small which makes it more intimate and relaxing...... and great for people watching!We enjoyed our stay at the Kettlewell campsite, but unfortunately, the weather was not on our side.I would recommend the site to others.

Great toilet block and safe field for kids and dogs. Would be really useful to have a shelf in the shower changing area for stuff but otherwise faultless.Would really recommend the Starbottom walk and the Bluebell Inn for food.

The facilities are second to none and are all incredibly clean. There is rarely a queue for the toilets or showers.Staff on site are very friendly and helpful.The site is a great base to go walking on the many routes in the area and then if settle down in the local pub (5 min walk from site) for top quality dinner.Another great visit, thanks.

Excellent facilities for showering and washing up your dishes, fresh water supply everywhere and you can even hire firepits and BBQs from the owner Nigel.Prices are very reasonable for what is on offer and the Campsite rules are clear and not overly demanding at all.The Campsite is a 5 minute walk from the foot of Great Whernside for those seeking a mountain to climb and enjoys being virtually on top of the Dales Way.Kettlewell is pretty with a playground for the kids near to the camp and two great pubs serving delicious hot food into the evening. The Bluebell in particular. There is also a corner shop, a deli a cafe for hot sandwiches and an ice cream kiosk also.

Really nice camp site with a nice thoughtful, friendly and accommodating owner.Shower and loo block is excellent but only 3 loos each side ( 3 for men/3 for women) is a too few for a full camp site snd double that number would be about right. The site is kept clean and tidy and you can use a fire pit or even hire one from the site reception.Beautiful area

Great site, helpful owner, great location for Dales walking and only 5 mins walk to the village and pubs etc.
