Peaceful hideaway ... felt totally recharged after....looking forward to returning

Spencer, Alison - 25/04/2023

5

A lovely entrance driveway opens up to a welcoming sight of idyllic cottages, open fields, trees, lakes and a hidden gem of a touring park.We were warmly welcomed and the owners took time to chat to us when passing telling us about the lovely walks around the site, which we did, and recommendations for local amenities. They always acknowledged us even when they were busy. The pitch was amazing, very sheltered from the wind but also really sunny. The wash rooms were outstanding. Best we've ever seen. Warm, piped music, spotless, lovely lighting, fresh flowers on sink, free hairdryer. The outside washing up facilities were really good. Sheltered and clean. The laundry room was amazing! It smelt so clean and fresh. Washing machines and tumble drier good sizes and both very reasonably priced. Ironing board and iron also set up. Also within this room was a lovely family shower room. Leaflets of interest for the area were on display to take. Could write more but no more space to.
