The spacious pitches sits in 25 acres of green land and are situated in the village of Burgh-le-Marsh, at the foot hills of the Lincolnshire Wolds, with beautiful views of the unspoilt surrounding countryside and just 5 miles from the family seaside resort Skegness.

The touring park is ideal for families and couples, and all pitches have access to our luxury toilet and shower block. The sympathetically designed washroom facilities include underfloor heating, showers, hand basins, toilets and washing up facilities.

The Farmhouse has been beautifully renovated in a country style with traditional oak beams, solid oak flooring with under-floor heating, a well-equipped farmhouse style kitchen with double range oven, modern bathrooms and large dining room with vaulted ceiling.

The farmhouse has a parking area at the rear for 6 cars. Also, available for parties of 15 is an adjoining cottage which sleeps 3 (please see Lavender Cottage), which would be available at an extra cost.

The Farmhouse has unspoilt views of the surrounding countryside and is set in a quiet rural location away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. However, should you want to keep in contact, we have free Wi-Fi access.

The Farmhouse has private gardens with garden furniture and BBQ for those balmy summer evenings. Also, available is an indoor hot tub spa area available free of charge for private bookings.

All bedrooms have top quality cotton bedding, quality continental quilts and pillows (none of which are feather filled). Towels are included in the price of your stay these include- bath sheets, hand towels, face cloths and towelling bath robes.

Nice quiet site Near to all amenities you might want i.e shops etc Not far from Skegness, Lincoln and the WoldsThe only downside was the radio in toilets , don't do radio 1 bit to trendy for us oldies 😁😁

On arrival we met a lady who had already sorted our pitch. Was a little upset with the pitch as it was extremely muddy around the pitch and especially the area for hook up and water.I did mange to find some wood to lay down to help with the mud!! I appreciate the weather has not been in the site owners but some sawdust or plates would have been appreciated.The facilities were clean and nice to use and kept warm but lacked toilet paper in the beginning. Few more hooks wouldn’t go a miss.The area for emptying the toilet needed sweeping and a clean along with some sanitation gel but easy to use.It was in a lovely location, quiet, and lot of birds to see and listen to. The village was a walk away and the local Chinese served very tasty food.

Received friendly and helpful welcome. Good, clean facilities. Entry via single track road. Pitch was level and large enough. The EHU sockets had just been replaced when we arrived and we found it a bit difficult to plug into as it was a bit obstructed by the water taps. The site is a few minutes drive to Burgh le Marsh, a lovely market town about 4 miles from Skegness. Can recommend Bridge Chippie for fish & chips at a reasonable price. There's also a Chinese takeaway there. Would recommend this site if you want a quiet pleasant stop within easy reach of the Lincolnshire coastal resorts and the Lincolnshire Wolds.

We stayed at the Farmhouse for new year which had the space required for our families to come together from various parts of the country. The accommodation was excellent and very luxurious with great dining space The kitchen was very well equipped with everything needed to cook a New year’s roast. The number of bedrooms allowed each individual family to have their own space. Great memories made.
