It was really easy to book online and in a fabulous location on inch beach. There was plenty of spaces to hook up and the owner seems really friendly. Value for money was poor with extra charges for a dog, showers. There are minimal facilities and it was expensive at for 44 euro a night. This was our first campsite experience in a camper van and the other sites we have visited charged less and provided much much more. If it’s location on inch beach I guess that’s what you are paying for.

Where do I start about this place? The best would be to say I should have heeded the bad reviews, I really don’t know where the positive reviews were coming from. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but if it prevents someone else’s holiday from been ruined, please don’t go here. The owner should visit a site like the Glen of Aherlow and see how to run a campsite. This is only a glorified field. An embarrassment to Irish tourism. I’ll start with the positives and that is that the location is beautiful, 16 amp electricity and the owner is a friendly man. Everything else is negative. The reason I ignored the reviews and booked anyway is that it said a new toilet block was installed, but they failed to mention the men’s are still a kip. There were no signs outside the toilet block to indicate if they were male, female or unisex. I assumed female as there was a sign for the men’s. Beautiful part of the world and thus campsite is great for really soaking it up. The site is very basic, which is maybe not reflected in its price, but I think you’re paying for the location and the beautiful view you wake up to really. The toilets and showers were clean, and the extra facilities like fridge, freezer, washers and dryers were a good extra.

Prime location right at the beach.

Such a great spot to stay when visiting Inch beach. Basic but all we needed to hand when in a motorhome. Owner is a lovely, friendly man. Beautiful beach too.

My sister and I have camped here with our families for the last two years and love it, perfect location to relax. Kids love it. We will be back again this year hopefully.

Lovely campsite missed the chip van not opened
