Gteat site, Mark met us and was really helpful...what a beach..nearly as good as scotland..

My wife and I arrived to the campsite before the 9pm entry cut off but we were unable to get passed the closed gate as there was no one at reception. There was a key pad that advised to call a certain number however using the key pad or cell phone to call proved to not work. Since we were unable to stay the night at our planned location we had to dive out of our way to find another area to stay.

We had a lovely stay. The facilities are clean and plentiful. Everything possibly needed was avaialble. Clean site , with excellant views.

Campsite is lovely has all the facilities but didn't end up using them myself. Ideally located beside the beach, lovely for long walks. The owner is lovely too. A great spot.

Though the site is trying to upgrade the site it still has a long way to go. The gents facilities are temporary and they make clear that they have clear plans to improve but have been held up in the planning process by a local objection. The ladies facilities are lovely and does show what they are trying to do. Excellent washing machine and dryer equipment again the site will offer great facilities when they able to get the site finished The ground itself is somewhat tired and effort needs to be made to improve its looks and appearance. The location to the beach is great but just a shame the road is heavily used by a local quarry company. I would love to return to see the final improvement as it should be nice when completed but it's unlikely that I will be back that way again

Excellent location, just cross the road for the beach entrance. All the usual amenities. Good customer service. Had no power feed on arrival. Phoned the proprietor and he was there and sorted in less than 5 mins. Good value. Visited in November '24, so great that site is open all year round.

We went out of season and was very quite but site wasn't clean and bins Were overflowing. Ladies toilet black was nice but not cleaned at all during the 3 days we were there.The gents toilets and showers was just a tin shed. Showers were charged at 1e per 3 mins which was quite expensive in top of 35e per night pitch fee for 2 people.Location was great for the beach and the nearest bar was nice and only half a mile away.

It is a wasteland, there is no one at the reception, the showers and bathrooms are dirty and abandoned. Please stay away from this site.
