We had to move pitch as we were on the top of our ramps and still couldn’t get level! The slope was in both directions (front to back and side to side). We asked to move and got a more level pitch up the top of the site.We did a quick walk of the pitches and realised that there wasn’t many level pitches and just to reaffirm our thoughts we were speaking to a couple who have been before and will only stop if they can get a few certain pitches!The shower/toilet blocks (we used 2 different ones) were clean and tidy but found the hot water in the showers was on the hot side and the block up at the top was so hot,we both couldn’t stand underneath it. Very handy to walk into Bewdley.

Apart from the lady that was working covering every job on site the site was poor. Key cards didn't work resulting us being trapped in the site. The bar/restaurant on site was so full and quing out the door with people not even staying at the site meant we had to leave site to eat. But the barriers didn't work so had to keep calling the energy number as the reception isn't manned. A guy answered and clearly didn't want to come out to open the barrier. We eventually left the car up in the car park and walked up to there to avoid the barrier issue. Loose Belgian malenois that jumped all over me scratching and mouthing me while trying to empty waste water. No one at reception to report to and I didn't have my phone call the number when no one there. Didn't know about the electric fee when booking. Just annoying, needs an overhaul. The website portrays something that doesn't exist.

Staff was great very helpful and friendly pitch was a bit small for my caravan and car to park without parking on the grass as stated not allowed Food was excellent a bit pricey No real rust to get you off the next morning however for a small fee late check out is available The put was like home from home with a real log fire Would highly recommend

Had a really lovely welcome, as it was my very first time in my campervan, they really put my mind at rest and even helped me sort my electric out.Can't wait to return when all the facilities are fully open.The toilets and shower block were immaculate, and so warm.Would highly recommend a stay here

Great, staff, great site and facilities. The farm shop and rustic kitchen are always top notch! Its our 4th stay at hopleys and will continue to book more!Really cant fault the place!Keep up tge great work guys!

Nice clean friendly place good facilities never used the bar or restaurant so cant comment on those but heard good things , overall very good , lower down the field can get very soft if had a lot of rain so stay off the grass

My initial thought was oh! This doesn’t look great. The amount of pot holes leading to reception! Receptionist was lovely and very helpful, and the guide to my plot (which you can pre choose) the sites now in winter and a little yucky following lots of rain. The roads don’t quite look finished with loose asphalt throughout. Good sized plots with lovely clean facilities to use. I popped to the restaurant which had a beautiful fire roaring away and amazing food and beer. Reasonably priced too. The plots are pay for the electricity you use. Overall it worked for what I needed but the site could do with getting the long term residents to clean their caravans. They all look grubby. It’s a tiered site so you oversee all the caravans below. The roads could do with some attention, especially the potholes.
