Staff were friendly and welcoming, toilet/shower block was warm and clean always. The hard standing pitch was of a desent size. Paying for electric was by card, credit this card with any amount you wish and end of stay we was given back money on electric not used. Water, epson, waste water, rubbish was all near by. The Rustic bar was great, and food was great the cost was very reasonable. The cafe was also very reasonable and provided an lovely full breakfast. The farm shop was also great and had a good selection of food and drink. The site is in a great position for Bewdley, Stourport, kidderminster with some lovely local walks.

We love hopleys!The food, the people, the staff.It's a great little get away. yes there are more elaborate sites but if you need a great getaway with some great food, a lovely farm shop and welcoming staff! there is no better place!

Would recommend this site to anyone the staff are amazing and go out of their way to help, the farm shop is so good value and fresh products, the rustic bar well the food is to die for all freshly cooked to order and staff are wonderful, they also have a cafe which is again good value I recommend you go to Hopleys you won't regret your visit and will return again and again can't wait for our next visit well done everyone one at Hopleys love the Brutons xx

Great place to stay lovely staff great facilities thank you girls and guys

Having booked online and choosing my pitch close to the toilet block, once we arrived we went to check out the facilities and there was a note on the toilet block saying that these would be closed Monday-Friday as we arrived on the Friday we thought that would be ok as they would be open in the morning, the reception never mentioned this on check in,she even marked off where the toilets were on the site map,the next morning we left it until around 11am still no toilets open, I went up to reception to see why,I was told they wouldn’t be open at all until next season, I wasn’t happy as I explained that the reason I booked that pitch was the proximity to the toilets, they then informed me that there was a family room at the end of the block that was open, they failed to inform of this on arrival , I also felt it was quite untidy in places and very poorly lit the staff in the farm shop were quite rude I felt like I was in the way whilst shopping,needless to say we won’t be returning.

Enjoyed our first stay but being in autumn and very wet found that the roadways let it down as very muddy could do with resurfacing the roads suppose okay in summer but roads let the site down got back one night and there was a river running down the slope

Nice peaceful site, great facilities and friendly staff, 20 minute stroll down to the town, autumn visit can't wait to visit in the spring/summer imagine would be even more lovely.
