Hill Croft park is beautiful. Very nice site. Clean tidy and the touring pitches are equipped with everything you need. They are also quite flat so no need for ramps . The site is very nice and the staff are great, very friendly. The site is very well placed for poorly bridge just a short walk down the hill. The only criticism I have is there’s no pub or restaurant on site but poorly bridge has loads of pubs so not really an issue . There is food trucks on site on certain nights and for breakfast their food vas very good .

Great place to stay. Glamping pods were warm clean and comfortable with access straight onto the fell or a couple of minutes walk into Pooley Bridge. The site was well maintained and very peaceful. We will definitely return.

Excellent site immaculate shower/toilet block! Even a shower for your dogs.. The new children’s playground is nearly finished. I can’t wait to return with other family members.Receptionist very helpful and it’s just an overall amazing campsite x

Great location for Pooley Bridge with shops, pubs, restaurants etc. Site immaculate with great amenities. Friendly staff. Good value for money.

Brilliant park, great location with easy access to the village( be aware there is a very steep hill to walk back from the pub lol).Best toilet facilities of any site, lovely friendly staff and a great van on site for breakfasts and pizzas on selected nights.We will be back.

We have been to Hillcroft twice and will definitely be returning. The whole site is fabulous, amazing shower and toilet blocks and other amenities and the site grounds are maintained to the highest standard. The pizza van is great for those times when you don’t want to cook. The site itself is a lovely short walk into Pooley bridge , making the location excellent.

We stayed for 4 nights over our Easter break, the lodge was clean and very well presented. The aromatherapy diffuser was a lovely touch in the master bedroom, although to get a further luxury feel the master suit would benefit from two larger towels. Similarly in the kitchen, it was lovely to be provided with some tea and coffee sachets, however some larger mugs would be a treat. For me, the hot tub just didn't feel like it got to a hot temperature, was mostly measuring 36 but aiming for 40. I didn't mention this at the time, as thought we maybe needed to give it longer to heat up, but it never quite made it. At checkout it was mentioned that returning customers receive a 10% discount if booked directly, however this wasnt evident on my booking (having previously stayed in 2018 and 2021). One disappointment was that the play area was not open, however we appreciate this was out of your control due to poor weather delaying the project. It certainly looks like it will be a lot of fun.

Lovely park, well maintained. Stayed in one of the Vogue accommodations and it’s beautifully designed & decorated, very homely & comfortable. Also well equipped with all the utensils & more. Set in a lovely area of the Lake District with restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, perfect place to relax and enjoy. Returning again in July, which will be our fifth time at this park.
