This was a lovely site, our pitch was well positioned & the services are excellent. The location is also amazing with just a short walk into Pooley Bridge, Penrith is also on your doorstep for supermarkets etc.We'll definitely be there next year.

Fantastic bathrooms, level pitches, walking distance to Pooley Bridge. Did ask for a pitch with a view but allocated one surrounded by trees. Plenty other pitches available but although I had requested a view they allocated the one I booked with no idea which ones had a view. Breakfast van only open Friday to Sunday, shame if you're there midweek. Great sized pitch with good privacy.

Had a really enjoyable stay.park was really god for grandkids they loved it,really clean site staff welcoming.allready booked for next year.Only thing that let it down this year was a dog constantly barking near us and lighting at night really dark on site.

Lovely park to stay on. The glamping pods were lovely everything we needed. Could do with a small television but that's preference.So close to Pooley Bridge the hill nearly killed me coming in ha ha but I got used to it

Been coming for a long time me and my little dog this is my new one staff so friendly beautiful lodges only short walk into pooled Bridge such a well kept sight every thing so clean be back next year xxxx

Hillcroft is ideally situated, just on the outskirts of Pooley Bridge.Ideal for the town and also the many walks in the areaThe park is immaculate , the shower block is brilliant. All the staff are really pleasant and helpful .We will definitely return.Thankyou

Great site.Pity we had to cut our holiday short due to family illness, but we will definitely be back. Staff very friendly and helpful, and site facilities are amazing!

Ideal location for pooley bridge ,can walk into village leave car on site plenty pubs to choose and for walk round lake .washing facilities marvellous We stayed on field A in tent ideal lovely view BUT worried they change grass tent pitches into gravel pitches did this to fieldC and it now looks like a car park not nice setting for tents KEEP THE GRASS PITCHES AND FIELD PLEASE

Field A is such a lovely setting for tents, with the views and being able to walk into Pooley Bridge and enjoy the pubs and walks around the lake. It would be a real shame to lose the grass pitches and turn them into gravel, as it takes away from the natural camping experience. I will pass your concerns on to the owners regarding this.Many ThanksPam
