Meadowcroft Cottage is a tastefully furnished holiday cottage sleeping up to six people in three comfortable bedrooms. From wine coolers to wood burners and a hot tub with fell views, this place has all the ingredients for a holiday to remember.

Enjoy a wood burning stove in the lounge. In the three bedrooms you’ll find one King size bed, one double and one twin – perfect for larger families. There is also a luxurious family bathroom.

The hot tub is located on your own private patio with those afore mentioned fell views and comfortable garden furniture.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in this cottage.

Meadowbank Cottage is semi-detached and located close to the entrance of the park. The accommodation is furnished and equipped to a high standard. Being all on the ground floor is ideal for those who have difficulty with stairs. The cottage has central heating and comprises:

Dining and lounge area has a log burner, TV, blue ray DVD player and CD player. The kitchen is equipped with an electric oven and hob, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave. The utility room houses the washer/dryer.

The Master double bedroom has a King size bed, while the twin bedroom has two 3′ beds. The family bathroom features a shower over bath, hand basin, WC and hairdryer. Bath robes and slippers are supplied for adults.

The outside seating area is a real gem, the hot tub boasts fantastic views over the fells and Ullswater. To the rear of the property there is a grassed garden area.

New for the 2021 Season Glamping Pods with en-suite Facilities.

The pods offer King size bed (you will need to bring your own bedding), shower room with toilet, wash hand basin and shaver point, living area with settee which makes into a double sofa bed (you will need to bring your own bedding), dining table and chairs, kitchenette, microwave/oven, fridge and cupboard, USB point and radiators.

PODs are equipped with a light, heater, an electric socket and are carpeted. You are required to bring your own bedding (i.e. air beds, pillows, sleeping bags, blankets, etc.) and other accessories as you would if you were Camping. Think of it as going camping, but we provide you with a POD rather than a tent.
