Despite the weather trying to put a dampener on my break, I found the owners and staff very approachable and friendly, working hard trying to accommodate as many as possible despite the grass pitches being waterlogged resulting in some bookings been cancelled. I like the quiet no noise after 10 pm policy, the showers found to be spotless. I really enjoyed my time at Greenacres and looking forward to return in the future.Many Thanks to, Owners, Staff, and Fellow Guests for making my, Stay Enjoyable

Very pleasant reception lady. Lovely looking toilet block. The L shaped gravel for caravan pitch makes it difficult to park car off the grass. When taking a quick shower, the light in the gents went out 5 times, by waving my hand above the door it turned back on, however in another cubicle I had to open the door to be illuminated. Where am I supposed to put my soap or sponge during the showering? Please would the owner of the site use the facility to check it works. The newly built waste water arrangement needs a ramp to drag the wastemaster onto the platform, then I have to struggle to stop the emptying end of the wastemaster sliding off the drain before I lift it to empty. You should try it! Sorry to be very negative, but if you do not know these things, others will not return either.

Lovely clean and accommodating site

We loved our stay at Greenacres,it was great to see the site looking fresh, with excellent facilities which were clean and welcoming.Small shop with essentials, and forgotten items.Recommendation if you are on a hard standing pitch would be to ensure that you had long pegs with you as the gravel is deep. Overall, would fully recommend anyone staying at greenarces, which gives you access to some many beautiful spots in the Forest of Dean

This is our fourth time visiting Greenacres. We visited for the second week of the Easter holidays with our family & friends. Site facilities were very clean as usual.The lady that welcomed us at reception was very accommodating.Despite very poor weather we still had a lovely time

Lovely clean site, great location, and very friendly

This is a lovely site with a little shop in the reception area. We rode our bikes into Coleford whuch was not too far away. We choose a hardstanding pitch and were thankful we did as we had experienced weeks of rain and the grass was water logged and muddy in places. Good sized pitch, but unfortunately we had children riding bikes and playing with a ball around our van for the duration of our stay which made us feel uncomfortable. The rules state no ball games or bikes unless in the playing field but this was ignored. This is our only gripe about this site.

We stayed with our touring caravan in the Easter holidays on a hardstanding pitch. The facilities are new and clean. WiFi is good across the site and costs £1 per 24h per device to use.The access to the site is quite steep and single track but it didn't cause us an issue.Well situated to explore the area

We had a lovely stay. The facilities are spotless! The owners were really helpful throughout our stay. My only worry would be if the campsite was at full capacity would there be enough showers? The only reason I haven’t given 5 stars is because there were a few broken hooks in showers and the lights are on a sensor so you get could short in the toilet so take a torch! But that is all easily fixed .

The lovely quiet location of Greenacres the cabin has everything you need for a break in the countryside. This is our 2nd visit to the cabin and will be back very soon
